Platinum Fine Homes truly do build Platinum level homes. There is no cutting corners or substituting quality anywhere at any stage. I have worked with them for a decade for Builders Selections, Selections Estimating and Construction Coordination. They have true integrity and will not intentionally hide costs from you before you sign the dotted line (like some other builders do in the industry). The Building Selections service Platinum include in all their projects is a massive credit to them. The huge attention to detail, cross checking specifications, pricing of selections before starting construction, high-level design experience and trusted hand holding (as little or as much as you like), is all included in your selections process! You will get your dream home selections done with a huge relief in the service they allow for, and a very high quality home as a result.

Platinum did a fabulous job on my project. They listened to my needs, had great suggestions and the work was of a high standard. Most importantly, they delivered on time, knowing I had a tight deadline.

コメント：Will builders still build to lock up?Hi Kellie, Can't help you in Sydney (we're located in Adelaide) but yes, should be able to find some custom building companies that are able to offer this for you - generally the smaller to mid guys ...

コメント：Renovate or rebuild?Hi AD - some good advise amongst all of this - Your best port of call would be to get a few people out to have a chat and run over options. Don't stop at one or two - get as much info as you can... ...
