We hired Plants last year to design, install, and maintain our front yard in Atlanta. We recently removed a diseased tree and our yard went from being all shade to full sun. I knew we couldn't handle the design and the gardening of our yard. It was a complete overhaul. We have a 6 year old and I wanted a front yard that she could enjoy. Plants designed a wonderful landscape that attracts butterflies and is colorful. Every week or so something blooms. Our daughter loves being outside in the garden. She makes fairy gardens outside. The Plants maintenance crew protects her little fairy gardens during our yard clean up day, which we appreciate. We highly recommend Plants!

I couldn't be happier with my new front yard! From the very beginning, Joe and his team were nothing but polite and professional. They were flexible and patient with the many changes I wanted to make, even up to and during the installation. Joe's design sense and encyclopedic knowledge of plants ensured that I have a yard that's beautiful and sustainable. And his sense of humor made the whole process fun. In the end I have a yard that exceeds what I had imagined when I first contacted them. I'm looking forward to a repeat of the process when we do the backyard.

Plants did a complete makeover of our yard which presented a number of challenges. We have very limited shady sloped space that was washing out with every rain, and we had 6 or 7 overgrown Leyland cypress that were just big and ugly and needed to go. We asked Plants to give us a terrace we could sit out on, a vegetable garden that would attract pollinators, include sizeable trees to shield a dining room window, enclose it all with a custom fence, make it pretty, and stay within budget. And they did it! Joe and Michael were a dream to work with. We actually had some trouble with the first fencing contractor, but Joe and Michael came out immediately and rectified the situation, drama-free. They and their crew were completely professional and very responsive. We highly recommend them and would use them again if we move. Our yard is perfect now!

I have used Plants Creative on two occasions. Both times they did excellent work and I was very pleased with the end result. I felt they worked hard to deliver what they promised. A few months after one job was completed, problems emerged with the work of one subcontractor. Plants Creative agreed that the work wasn't good and brought in another subcontractor to make everything right. So I can personally attest to their willingness to stand over their work.

Extremely professional and customer service oriented. They designed the landscape plan for our front yard, removed all the existing plant material and installed sod, plants, drainage and landscape lighting. 100% satisfied. The design was simple, elegant and stayed with the neighborhood vibe. I would recommend Plants to any and everyone. I interviewed 10 other landscape companies before I decided to give Plants the opportunity. One of the best decisions I ever made.

I have worked with Pam and her team for nearly 10 years in several capacities. On-going maintenance and multiple residential projects which included a variety of needs above and beyond creative design and install... Major grading, Irrigation and stone masonry. They consistently work within the budget provided with clearly defined timelines. Pleasure to work with her entire team!

Plants connected me with a designer who was very knowledgeable and patient with my millions of questions.I was extremely happy with the initial design. When we ran into a couple of issues, due to new construction timing, Pam from Plants made sure that everything was made perfectly right. Their customer service is excellent. They also do thorough and fairly priced maintenance work.

For our current project we added a number of trees to give us a little more privacy. The Plants personnel were extremely helpful in selecting the right trees for our requirements. This was our second project with Plants and we've been very pleased in each case.

Pam and her entire team are a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They are friendly, competent, honest, reliable and do an all around terrific job! They have completed several large landscaping projects, including substantial paver and stone work, for us and we have always been pleased with the results. The monthly maintenance service provided by Plants Creative Landscapes is also top notch. The crews are prompt and provide great service!! Fantastic design and execution. Lovely folks to work with. Had landscaping revamped in the front yard, sod installed, walkway redone, irrigation added and a permeable driveway put in. When I got Emily's plans, I turned to a friend and said "She gets me!" In fact, we were so pleased with the work that we are starting project #2 with them (landscaping the side yard, and adding more irrigation). On the day they came by to close out the punch list for project #1, I got the proposal for project #2. Off we go...

Met with Pam at our house to discuss a small project and tee up a conversation about a much larger project to follow. She took a LONG time to get a mini proposal to us. I asked a couple of questions about that proposal and unfortunately NEVER heard back from her. She seemed to have some good ideas but why don't contractors realize the WORST thing they can do is to ignore stuff or go silent? Simply stating they were not interested or too busy to handle our project would have been satisfactory. Ignoring us is not.

Plants Creative did exactly what they said they would in our back yard reclamation project. They were incredibly responsive to our needs and completely met our expectations. On a regular basis they keep our entire landscaping groomed. Management has been a pleasure to work with and the folks that come to our house to do the work are professional, pleasant and courteous. Can't wait to work with them to landscape our "new" yard space :-).
