I recently had the pleasure of working with Plantenance Landscape Group, and I'm thrilled with the outcome of my backyard project. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and highly attentive to my family's wants and requirements. They transformed my backyard into the true oasis we envisioned, complete with a custom pool, a large water wall feature, a fire table, natural stonework, poolside lounging and dining area. The outdoor lighting also added a lovely ambiance to the space in the evening. We recently hired Plantenance landscape Group to complete a full design to build project at our house and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. From the moment we first met with Alex and his team, we knew we were in good hands. They listened to our vision and offered creative solutions to bring it to life. The construction team was professional, punctual, and very communicative throughout the process, keeping us updated on the progress and making sure all of our questions were answered. The final results exceeded our expectations. The design was stunning and the quality of the workmanship was impeccable. I have been an extremely happy Plantenance client for more than 30 years when their team originally completed my landscaping and hardscaping, and have also been caring for my property ever since. Last year my family and I decided it was time for a significant outdoor living upgrade and WOW, we are thrilled with the results. From the designing to the completion of our project, Glenn and his team addressed all our wants and needs and proposed creative solutions to any site challenges we faced along the way. Every element from my wish list including a plunge pool, spa, fire and water features, custom decking, lighting, and lots of gorgeous gardens were all part of the final design. With Alex as my lead designer and workflow coordinator, I received regular updates making sure everything was progressing just right, I was always aware of what was happening during the construction, which made for a fantastic experience. I've been using Plantenace for about 10 years. Initially it was for the landscaping work and then I kept using them for the upkeep of the beautiful work they did. To reflect the level of care their team provides with. Once a business man came to my place and he was in awe with my front yard and he asked "Do you manicure your property your self?" I thought the word "manicure" really reflected well the level of attention to details Plantenance's team provides us with their service. Nothing but good things to say about Plantenance.

Glenn and his team listened to understand what we were looking for and delivered the project on time despite the serious labor shortage everyone is experiencing today and the weather not being very cooperative. The Plantenance team turned our property that was in desperate need of a landscape makeover into a thing of beauty. We were looking for a company that had imagination and vision and who would take our wish and requirements list and make it happen, like if we were being featured on one of those HGTV Shows. The people at Plantenance Landscape Group definitely did not disappoint! They designed and built a gorgeous outdoor space for us. In fact, our backyard has quickly become our favourite place for morning coffee or enjoying a great dinner with our family and friends. The construction of our project was also exciting for us and the staff were super nice, totally professional and helpful. Our lead designer Carolyne worked with us every step of the way, and was not totally happy until we were happy. I also do not have a green thumb of any kind, and I took advantage of their Private Gardener service to care for all the beautiful flowers, shrubs, and gardens they added. Everything stayed looking great and healthy right into the Fall. We consider the landscaping we did the best investment we have made in our home and look forward to all the memories we will make every summer enjoying our yard.

I wanted to convert my yard into my own special place to relax and enjoy the outdoors with my family and friends A friend had recently transformed their entire landscape with Plantenance and referred me to their company for the design and construction of my backyard. I noticed a difference from the beginning in their approach, experience and willingness to share and discuss ideas and understand my style and how I wished to make use of my space. Their design exceeded my expectations. I always knew I was in very capable hands throughout the project. Plantenance re-landscaped my entire front and back yard. Great design team who listened to what we were looking for and tailored a design to our requirements. There were a number of challenges with supply chain and weather during the project - the weather caught up with us and the project didn't quite get finished before winter. Plantenance kept in touch with us throughout, notifying us on progress and suggesting potential alternatives. The project has a couple of parts still outstanding which will be completed in the spring, along with a couple of issues that need some additional work - the owner of the company phoned us to let us know about them and assure us they'll be taken care of. One we knew about, the other we didn't and might well not have noticed if they hadn't told us. Very impressed by communication, professionalism and commitment to quality.

(Plateau) I had the worst backyard you could imagine, and when I was ready to renovate it, I couldn't find anyone to help me. I spent months searching, having many different guys take a look, only to quickly drop it. Then I found Planenance! They were so professional and immediately took my case in late fall 2019. Lisa first came to my rescue and took the time to find out what kind of lifestyle we wanted for the yard, etc., and mapped out some beautiful plans. Then, first thing in May 2020, Angelo arrived and the magic began. It was a huge job, backhoes, lots of digging, then new stonework (it looks like a deck, so cool!), new fence, plants, all done absolutely on time! Workspace was immaculate each day when they left, and everything went so smoothly. The only extra cost was when the Plateau borough charged extra fees for permits to block the alley. It was just such a relief to have this team take care of everything. It went from a weed-infested eyesore to the best yard in the alley!

I am so happy with the finished product and when there was an area of the project that did not turn out as expected, they promptly returned to adjust it. It looks beautiful!

We dealt with Plantenance last winter for the design portion of the project all the way to the fall for the execution of the work. Form the very beginning, we felt that we had met a knowledgeable and professional team. We were able to get our ideas on paper in just a few short weeks. Their design people were very inspirational, all while never losing track of our budget. The field workers were very polite, courteous and respectful. I have been involved in many construction jobs in my personal and work life and I can honestly say that this is as conflict free as it gets. The quality of the work is excellent. Our back yard looks stunning. The price associated with the scope of the work was very fair. Price would have been much higher with other landscaping firms. Their After-Care service is fantastic and I highly recommend it in order to maintain the softscape looking beautiful for a long time. Overall, I highly recommend this firm. Please do youself a favor and go with Glenn and his team. We did our homework and shopped around but they were by far the most professional and trustworthy we've seen. The level of guidance received during the design phase and our overall degree of satisfaction was exceptional. Like any project, there were a couple of hurdles along the way, but what differentiates Plantenance from the crowd was their readiness to quickly overcome any issue and their solution-oriented approach. We were ready for Phsae 2 and did not hesitate in who was going to complete this project.. Hi Glenn and Lisa, Kent and I would like to take a moment to thank you for our beautiful backyard and front yard . It was well designed and put together. We are always outside eating on our balcony or having a drink on our new patio!!! The water feature is working well and the metropolitan noise is now covered by the relaxing sound of the cascade The splashing actually cools us off during hot sticky weather! All the plants are growing well and fast. It adds color to our already very green environment, exactly like we wanted. Ps. A special thank to the team that worked on the walls of our garage entrance. We know it was a pain in the .....Our entrance looks new and we are very satisfied with the end result. Have a great summer!! Mr. & Mrs Saylor

Downsizing doesn't mean you have to compromise!When we moved from our large 5 Bedroom home in a prestigious area as empty nester's to our condo...the only thing we truly missed the most was our well manicured gardens carefully tended every season by Glen and the Plantenance team!We sold our home in 3 days in June when everything was growing and blooming at its proudest!At first glance of our Condo's outdoor space a huge fit of anxiety took hold!I called Glen and he assured me he enjoys and is as enthusiastic about small challenges as he is large ones.He guided us through the entire process (including the condo board.!).His team of professional's not only laid out the design plans,found the answers to so many problems dealing with regulations,light,space and handled all details.One would think we had a pied-a-terre in Westmount! We never felt small!Christian,Neil,Lisa,,,the entire team was 1st class+.The quality and workmanship will shine on forever....my suggestion to anyone reading this review is to never feel your project might be too small to call on the top experts in their field that are award winning for large expensive designs.We proudly entertain friends and family and accept the compliments that our small outdoor space is more beautiful and functional than the large one!PS.The service didn't end with payment in full...we still hear from Glen regularily to check up and see that we are happy and reassured if anything pops up they are there for us! Plantenance transformed an eye-sore of a small back and side yard area at our home into an award-winning outdoor living space. From design and construction, to all the finishing touches, it was turnkey and they made the experience as easy, convenient and as clean as possible. From gardens and plants to stone planters, pavers and carpentry, they just do things the right way all around. We even had them eventually improve our front yard and build a new entrance that majorly boosted curbside appeal. There’s absolutely no doubt that it dramatically increased the value of our home and our pride in it. This past spring we decided to update the front of our house by doing a complete landscape project. We chose Plantenance to execute our design to further the curb appeal of our home. Review - Spring/Summer Project This past April having just completed the new build of our dream home on the banks of the river in Ile Bizard it was time to turn our attention to the equally important task of the exterior. We decided to go with Plantenance after having read several positive reviews and meeting with Glenn for a preliminary consultation. We were fortunate enough to work with Lisa on the design and we are more than pleased with the final results. The initial planning phase was quite challenging as we had numerous changes but we never felt that our needs were not being addressed. The actual work on the project began in late April and the crew were great. Always on time, courteous and ready to answer all our questions. Every night they cleaned up the job site and removed any debris. The projected was completed in early June just in time to enjoy the fabulous summer of 2016. Thank you.
