Paul worked on a condo project for me in 2017 and pretty much remodeled the entire unit. His work has held up extremely well over time and we continue to enjoy his attention to detail to this day. I would recommend Paul to any homeowner who is looking for a company that takes care of every aspect of the remodel process except for the design of the project (we went with another interior designer).

We contracted with Paul Steffenson to completely remodel our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. We absolutely made the right decision. Paul is a talented carpenter and an organized and efficient general contractor. He has good connections with quality subcontractors and suppliers. Paul has a good eye for design and is open and enthusiastic about new and innovative products. He is responsive, conscientious, honest, and holds himself to a very high standard; and he demands the same of his subcontractors. Renovating is difficult, but renovating in a condo adds many challenges – common systems, condo rules, curious and angry neighbors … Paul was able to anticipate and avoid the problems. We have hired many building contractors over the last 30+ years. Paul is at the top of the list of those we would hire again or recommend to others.

Paul was the builder on a number of highly detailed condominium renovations that I designed several years ago. He was everything I have wished for in a builder: highly skilled and knowledgable, a good listener, collaborative, detail and design-oriented, and a person with great integrity in how he works with others. We had a wonderful experience with Paul during our complete remodel of a 1970 view condo that hadn't been touched in ~40 years. To start with we took down some walls, added insulation, and updated plumbing/electrical. For the kitchen and baths, Paul referred us to an excellent designer - we are thrilled with the configuration of those rooms. My husband and I otherwise relied on ourselves, along with Paul's excellent guidance and advice, for the design of the remodel. Paul was great at letting us know what decisions we needed to make and by when to keep the whole project on-track. Overall, it was about a 5-month project and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. This is truly a dream home for us.

We remodeled our kitchen and main floor. Paul the owner is an excellent carpenter and has a good eye for color and attention to detail. We love our updated living space and will use Steffenson Construction for a master bath remodel next spring.

Paul remodeled our entire condo (2,800 ft2). It entailed: one kitchen remodel, 3.5 baths, marble entry way, moving walls, getting rid of a supporting wall and bringing in a steel beam as support, new dry walls, cabinets thought out the entire condo, painting the condo and new wood floors. Everything worked like clock-work, sub-contractors were lined up efficiently. We were highly impressed by Paul's professionalism, focus on details and timely completion of this large project. The work site was clean and neat at all times and Paul went the extra mile for us. We highly recommend Paul. He can be trusted.

Paul has done an extensive kitchen remodel for us and we were obviously happy with his work because we are hiring him for the a second job, our laundry room. He is very professional and cordial, a pleasure to have working in the house. More importantly the work is done very well and he keeps to a tight schedule. His subs also seem to be of the highest quality, we haven't really had any complaints. He is not the cheapest out there but we feel his prices are fair and we have gotten good quality for our money.

I contracted with Steffenson Construction Inc. to combine two condos in downtown Seattle. The condos were completely gutted and reconstructed as one unit. I have remodeled and/or built seven homes and this condo project run by Paul Steffenson was by far the most successful. I highly recommend Paul and his subcontractors. Paul ran a tight job. The site was always kept organized and safe. The subcontractors where top of the line, timely and respectful as well as accountable for completing their work. I still use most of the same subcontractors for maintenance. Steffenson Construction has completed over 15 major projects here at Market Court over the last 10 years. These have included million dollar plus renovations including the highest end finishes available. The quality of the workmanship is the best I have ever seen. His work staff has always been extremely courteous and follow all of the strict rules of the condominium. They have always worked the proper hours, protected carpet and elevators during material transport, and done an excellent job cleaning up. I highly recommend Steffenson Construction for an extremely professional general contractor who will do an amazing job on any project big or small.

Full remodel on two condos in downtown Seattle. I would recommend this company for its seriousness in following condo rules and the ability to manage subcontractors to its high standards. Excellent work.
