Prime Custom Hardwood Floors did an amazing job refinishing the engineered wood floors at my Silver Lake house. Natalie (office manager), David (owner) and Alfonso (crew supervisor) were awesome and really wanted me to be happy with their work. They met the promised schedule. My floors now look great. I highly recommend this excellent company.

I was very impressed with prime hardwood. They came to the house for a consultation, then provided an estimate of the job in a timely manner and once we approved the contract/bid they scheduled the job quickly. It was nice to not have to wait a month for the job to get done. They were very professional and answered any questions we had in regards to the project. They also were very accommodating and listened to any of our concerns. They would then be sure to solve those concerns we had. Our floors turned out absolutely beautiful.

These guys were great. I had a smallish job that they completed on time in spite of some hurdles my old house threw their way. Asaf worked with me to make sure the cost was right and he helped to suggest alternatives when we encountered problems.

Prime went out of their way to make sure we were happy customers. They patched several areas where we had removed walls and cabinets. They sanded, stained and finished the entire first floor. They taped plastic all over the built-in cabinets and doorways and even the stairwell so it really didn't make too much of a mess and the crew was very good about cleaning up everything. The floors look amazing and we are thrilled!
