Bella Basements did an exceptional job on my basement. Working with Peter and Peg was a very positive experience! Something I was not anticipating. My project was one time and on budget. Their security door and dust protection is a feature no other basement company offers. It provides the homeowner assurance that no one has access to your upstairs. Daily if not twice a day Peter would update me on the progress and when and what trades would be at my house. I was impressed with the amount of time Peter and Peg spent with me while choosing my hardware, carpet, title, design, etc. They were flexible and always accommodating when I wanted to make a change. The BuildingTrend system they use allows the customer to be in the know at all times by viewing what the next steps are, payment due, the calendar, selections made as well as the cost. In addition to my basement being beautiful it is flawless! Peter went far beyond my expectations. There is no other company I would consider using for my next home improvement.

We feel very fortunate to have found Peter and Peg Pandolfi of Bella Basements. From the first consultation, to design, build and completion, they were nothing but professional. We hired Bella Basements to complete an unfinished walkout lower level. The design was to complete 1700 sq. ft. to include two bedrooms, bathroom, living area, game room and a custom bar. Peter was on the job site each day and kept us informed of progress daily. His hands on, attention to detail approach is evident in the finished product. Our desire to make the custom bar in our new basement a focal point turned in to reality with Peter’s vision, skill and craftsmanship and that is affirmed when friends and neighbors stare in amazement at the finished product. Yes, he is that good!

Last fall we hired Bella Basements to design and build a family room, bedroom and bath in our unfinished lower level. We have always been DIY types, but knew professional expertise was needed this time around. Bella Basements came highly recommended. Working with Peter and Peg Pandolfi was enjoyable and educational. They routinely kept us in the loop regarding the work taking place and the names and credentials of the workers on site. From start to finish, the entire process was conducted in an organized and professional manner. We are thrilled with the quality and craftsmanship of our new space, and highly recommend Bella Basements.

My husband and I hired Bella Basements to complete part of the basement in our newly built home. Peter and Peg were very patient with us as we worked through several timing issues and design plans. Everything was set up and completed as planned. Any concerns that came up were brought to our attention immediately.
