Perpetual Homes lead by Kathy Anderson is one of the best ADU developers in Bay Area. Their ADU designs are very attractive and product is fully modularized and installed on site quickly. Kathy is a very knowledgeable real estate developer who understands her clients needs. I highly recommend this company for your next ADU project!

Perpetual Homes surprised me by how fast and well-informed they were. Kathy used her long-standing connections in the Bay Area to get the paperwork and permit done in just a few days. Similarly she was able to find great prices for high quality materials and was able to save me a lot of money. When they say they will handle everything, they truly mean it. I will say however, I am not completely satisfied with the model I chose and recommend getting as much info as you can about the different plans. There isn't much info on the web and you will need to talk to Perpetual via email/phone to really get the info you desire. Overall, a great job and quality service! They made my ADU process surprisingly affordable and fast and I would recommend to others.

WFH has become very difficult in my house, with 2 loud toddlers and a dog running around. I decided to invest in an Office Shack to help with the disruptions. Perpetual Homes made it so easy to customize and develop exactly what I wanted and the installation process was very quick and simple. Thanks again!

Perpetual Homes helped me with finding and installing my dream ADU. I did not expect the time frame to be so fast, Perpetual really streamlined the entire process. They were very receptive to my price range and I felt accommodated throughout the entire experience. Overall, a high quality, professional business. I have already recommended to many of my friends that are in the market for Backyard Homes!
