Perfect Stays

The house certainly has the WOW factor and is ideal for the kind of holiday we planned. A family break with 10 adults - we were easily accommodated with the open space which was great for maintaining contact with everyone whatever you were doing - cooking, relaxing on the bean bags or just sitting by the fire. The view from the main room was spectacular - we could check on the surf from the sofa! The accessibility of the place was also great. As a wheelchair user the open space was much appreciated and meant I could get around without any problem. The bathrooms weren't quite as accessible - i couldn't access the sink in my wheelchair. The fixtures were of a high standard as were the bedrooms and other facilities. It's great location meant we could nip to Padstow or the beach with a 10 min drive. The recycling arrangements weren't great - though I think this a Cornish problem - no glass recycling that we could find anywhere! It would have been nice to have known the gardeners were coming but they were as unobtrusive as they could be and did their bit and went. Overall an excellent place to stay and we will certainly be going back.

Perfect Stays rent some of the most beautiful properties we have installed stoves into in Cornwall. They are professional and easy to deal with, very respectful of peoples homes. When we have installed or serviced fires in properties already managed by Perfect Stays they are accommodating with access and careful with security.
