Pella design understood what I wanted. I wanted to preserve the integrity of time period my house was built. The architect series windows were a great match! We worked on the finishing touches and my windows look spectacular. My project started sooner than anticipated. The crew was very professional. I did have some missing hardware but it was addressed in a timely manner.

We wanted to update the look of our 25 year old home but were concerned that it would be a mistake. Pella Design Works gave us so much confidence to go forward with our ideas, it took all of our concerns away. They were so easy to work with and we really liked the professionalism of Pella Design Works, the communication, promptness, and the perfect visualization or our plan! I would recommend PDW to anyone thinking of doing a project. This was the deciding factor in moving forward in our project.

We worked with Pella Design team to create options to improve the front and back elevations of our home. The Pella team created a few options for us to consider. The Pella design team as well as the Pella contractor were prompt, professional and well qualified. As a result of the process we received very detailed drawings/photos of the various options for us to consider. We would recommend this process to homeowners that don't have the design expertise to make changes to their home.

We recently had all of our windows and exterior doors replaced by Pella. It was quite a large project and they did a great job and it wasn't too much of a disruption for us living in the house bc the contractors were very clean and neat and barely made a mess. The windows look gorgeous and it took a lot less time than I thought it would.
