Paul does an incredible job. Very detailed work with attention to detail. Paul did most of the trim work around our house when we built it, including a full staircase of wainscoting and coffered ceilings. I liked it so much that I asked the builder who the decorative trim contractor was so he could do my basement and he forwarded me to Paul. He also does general carpentry like pergolas, decks, etc. I highly recommend him!

We hired Paul to update our multi-level screened-in porch, and what started as a relatively easy update, turned into a more challenging project as much of the underlying wood was rotted and the roof needed to be reinforced. Not only did Paul identify the serious issues, but he had solutions to correct. Paul was at the house every day, and worked full days to get the job done. He is a hard worker who takes pride in his work and we will definitely call Paul for our next project!

If you’re looking for quality craftsmanship, look no further. My wife and I moved into a new custom home and Paul did all of the finish work for the builder - trim, doors, wainscoting, crown, etc. After we moved in, we hired him to help finish our basement and complete our study. He installed our custom cabinets and installed wainscoting in office. For my basement, he completely removed carpeted stairs, re-treaded and finished the stairs, floor to ceiling wainscoting, installed bar, installed bathroom vanity, installed entertainment cabinets, and completed trim work. Paul has been around builders and he knows what he’s doing. I had him install Ditra Heat floors and pour self-leveling concrete. Success! He’s also built outdoor decks in our neighborhood, so he’s soon to help me with an outside Arbor wall. If you want your finish-work to look perfect, clean, and custom - you can’t go wrong.

Absolutely the best and I will use him again! He does beautiful work. He did wainscoting and it makes a huge difference it how my living room looks.

PJ Carpentry did a phenomenal job on multiple projects in our new construction home. The largest project was the patio built out of synthetic wood. Other projects included: tile work, custom trim, cabinetry, and a custom bed from the leftover floor material. Paul was very diligent and detail oriented. He was always on time, stayed longer to finish the job and left the site spotless. I will defiantly use him for my future projects and I highly recommend him.

Paul did a great job installing a stained coffered ceiling and can lights in my house. His attention to detail is unmatched. He was very responsive and thorough with his quote and completed the work in about a week. I would definitely hire him again.
