Philip at Wood custom homes did an excellent job as our builder and continued to provide help for us after we moved in. We purchased the house from Philip with about 3 months left in the build. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us pick out finishings and customizing our house. At the end of the day, the beauty of the house speaks for itself. We get nothing but compliments on how beautiful our new home is. Wood customs homes service did not stop on the purchase day. He has continued to be helpful more than a year after our purchase, and ensuring we are nothing but happy with our home. We can't say enough good things about Philip and Wood Custom homes!

I purchased a new construction home back in late 2014 from Wood Custom Homes. I made the decision for several reasons including the following: 1) builder has genuine view in building an environmentally and efficient home which is evident in the low cost for our energy bills 2) structurally going beyond what is required in certain aspects of construction 3) the size and space of all bedrooms (every time we have someone visit the home, we get comments regarding how spacious and large the bedrooms are) 4) high-end amenities standard and 5) design of house allows natural light to flow throughout the home. All of the features above are enablers in increasing the likelihood of success terms of resale value. Owner is very accessible and flexible to get things done in a timely manner. Regarding warranty issues, builder is easy to contact and warranty work is handled in timely manner. Indicative to me of someone being successful is their ability to grow their business and Wood Custom homes continues to build and sale new homes even in a market that has slowed down.

Wood Custom Homes was a great direction to go for our project. We had a huge project that started out with acres that needed to be cleared and then a house to be built. They were extremely helpful and patient along the entire building process. Construction is usually a slow process and with Wood Custom Homes the only time it would slow down is when we would decide to change something but not be able to make up our minds. They are very organized and help with lists to get the project going and staying on track. There was never a moment that I didn't trust what they were doing or telling me, which is a lot to say for a builder!! Overall a great experience...and we got the exact house we were wanting!!

コメント：Now what? Red oak floor looks green!Since the poly has been installed, it will need to be sanded. A darker stain will do a better job of making the different wood colors have a consistent finish color.
