We believe that the success of any architecture is strongly dependent on the relationship between the client and the architect. Our company, Deville Custom Homes, has hired Shane on no less than 15 projects in the last couple years. We even hired him to design our own personal home. Out of all of the architects we had to choose from, we picked him because of his skillset, his attention to detail, and his ability to ALWAYS get the job done! Shane Pavonetti and his team did an amazing job creating the architectural drawings for our mountain vacation home. Shane was very receptive to my ideas and he was flexible when trying to balance design elements with my personal preferences. It was clear throughout the process that his goal was to make sure my husband and I were happy and comfortable with the design of the home. Shane collaborated well with our engineer and was very prompt when we needed to make some last minute adjustments for the permitting process. All in all, it was a terrific experience and my husband and I are thrilled with the design.

Pavonetti was my architect for my vacation home in Austin – which was my second custom home project. I’m very particular and have a strong point of view – and at all times Shane and Matthew were tireless, creative, attentive, detailed-oriented, and professional. They kept cool heads under often stressful moments (which were moments that they didn’t create). Shane was also always fair on fees. I’d hire Pavonetti again and refer friends/colleagues to Pavonetti – without any reservation. The finished home is something that Pavonetti is and has reason to be proud of – as am I and my contractor (Verde).

コメント：where to buy shower head/ faucetTHis is a cheap, Chinese fixture from eBay. I would not recommend it but it looks great and has been working fine for about 5 years now.
