I have been working with Pierre Magry from Pavigres for about 10 years, almost all projects from TOC design & constructions uses products from Pavigres, but it's not always about the product , it's about the service, It starts with the thousands of choices they have, even when I am looking for something in particular Pierre will show me options, he goes way beyond his scope of works and always delivers magic. But as we all no it's the after service that is the most crucial, getting your materials on time, including those pesky back orders. As a professional this is the most important step, making sure the projects are delivered on time to the client. In the past I have had many problems with other ceramic suppliers, but never with Pavigres, they are professionals, after service is impeccable and they always go above and beyond to make there customers happy
