It is just as important for me to know your budget as it is for me to understand you aesthetic and functionality needs. We don’t have to do shutters; we can do gorgeous custom made faux wood blinds. While the softness of drapery may just be what your room needs, we can supplement costs by doing roman shades which require a lot less fabric instead.
