JFK recently transformed our old dingy basemen into a beautiful office/guestroom and bathroom. Jeff and his team listened to my requests and helped us figure out what would and wouldn’t work. I appreciate his honesty, workmanship, quality employees and dedication to even the smallest jobs. I can’t wait to find a new project for him to work on!

Over the years I've worked with many builders and remodelers. It was my assumption, based on those experiences, that all builders/remodelers were the same (ie. owner is at the mercy of the builders timeframe; some other bigger project takes priority over mine). This was certainly not the case with Jeff and team. I hired JFK Design-Build to do a small remodel of my guest bathroom, hallway and laundry room. To begin, Jeff was very thorough in outlining the cost breakdown in my quote and once I signed the contract, the work began the next day. When Jeff told me the contractors would arrive at my house by a certain time, they came precisely at that time. Everyone was pleasant and willing to go above and beyond to get the project done (even if it meant salting my steep driveway one icy morning). I've never had the pleasure of hiring a better group of people with the highest sense of integrity. The entire project was done before the estimated completion date AND under budget. I give Jeff and his team my highest recommendation.

I hired Jeff to do a remodel project on my house. I had never worked with a builder before so I wasn't exactly sure how the process worked. After working with Jeff I would not work with any other builder but him. I had a lot of questions throughout the project to which Jeff was always responsive. He outlined in detail the cost and kept me updated on where I stood with the estimate. I added some additional items to the project and at the end everything came in pretty much on budget, slightly under. The work performed by the contractors he hired far exceeded my expectations. I had one minor plumbing issue that arose months later. I contacted Jeff and it was literally fixed the next day. I would highly recommend JFK Design Build for any project large or small. You will get outstanding customer service. And to sum it up, trustworthy.

Jeff built our dream home and did a fantastic job. He knew the building process inside and out, and helped manage our expectations so we could stick within our budget. Not only does he know his business, but he is honest and an all-around great guy. We would recommend him to anyone looking to build a home, put on an addition, or remodel any part of their home. You can't go wrong!

We recently built a new home with Jeff Burg (JFK Design Build) I remembered a comment he had made a few years ago about a client frustrated with the length (time) of the building process, “they’ll be living in and enjoying their home for years, isn’t it worth the time to have it done right?” It is so worth it to have it done right – a couple months longer in the building process is nothing once you have moved in. The planning stage took a while and Jeff tirelessly researched things we requested information on that were not common knowledge to him. He really listened to what we wanted – he cautioned us on cost variances and offered options. He didn’t promise an end date, but we were always advised of what was going on and given the opportunity to be on site to be sure we were happy with the spacing of the stone, or the tile grouting . . . Every subcontractor who worked on our house was professional, friendly and accommodating – and they all had a great working relationship with Jeff. Since we’ve been in the house, Jeff has been quick to respond to any of our concerns. Building a house is a major deal. You need to work with a builder you trust and can have an open dialogue with, for us that was Jeff Burg. We continue to be friends with Jeff & Patti and highly recommend JFK Design Build.

When we decided to finish our basement, we considered many other builders. We ultimately decided on JFK Design-Build due to Jeff's passion for the project, knowledge and creativity. We could not have made a better choice. Jeff was very upfront with costs and worked diligently to stay within our budget. He was involved every step of the way and continues to assist us with any questions we might have. We have referred JFK Design to many of our friends and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

We had a wonderful overall experience using JFK Design-Build for our remodel project. JFK Design-Build was referred to us by close friends who had their dream home built by them. We were so impressed with the quality of the work that we contacted Jeff Burg of JFK Design-Build to work with us. Jeff took our existing design ideas and enhanced them so they became more practical and efficient in order to better fit our needs. He gave us excellent advice before the start of our project and during the entire remodel. Jeff is a great communicator and he followed up immediately to answer any questions we might have, or discuss any minor changes we wanted to make to the project. He demands perfection from himself and his sub contractors, and will only work with people who share his passion for perfection. We have done several remodels on this property and others in the past, and we can honestly say that Jeff's attention to detail is far superior to any other contractor we've ever used. What we especially appreciated was Jeff's concern for and assistance in helping us stay on budget and on time. His honesty and integrity were on display during the entire process. We would not hesitate to recommend JFK Design-Build to any of our friends or relatives. In fact, we will use JFK Design-Build again for any build or remodel project that we do in the future.

We just wrapped up the remodel of a full bath in our 1955 ranch style home. The project turned out great! Jeff was easy to work with and his tradespeople were top notch. He was very up front about his fees and the allowances so we could make informed decisions on our selections and change orders. Jeff's attention to detail resulted in a very nice retro fit of the floor out to the main hallway, tie in to existing new window, trim and doors. We'd work with Jeff again in a heartbeat.

When my wife and I decided to put a new office space in the basement and remodel our one and only bathroom on the main level, we really didn't have any idea on where to go. A relative of ours had a new addition designed and built by JFK Design-Build and suggested that we contact Jeff at JFK Design-Build. I was a bit worried that our project was not the typical "big" project, and thus would not receive the attention to detail we expected. After meeting Jeff for the first time to discuss our plans, my mind was put at ease. Jeff, and all those that worked on our projects, were very respectful and mindful of family members with disabilities and constructed a beautiful bathroom with all the necessary devices installed. We were very pleased with JFK Design-Build and now know that "size" does not matter when it comes to attention to detail at JFK Design-Build.

コメント：Where did you get the hanging lamp?This brand is called Visual Comfort and is considered a Chandelier. It gives off interesting light reflections and is really pretty on a dimmer.
