We hired Sunset Construction to pour a lot of concrete after having several companies come out and give us estimates. Greg came out and did a lot more measurements than the other companies, giving us a better idea of the cost for our project. We could not have been happier. His workers were incredibly professional and a joy to interact with. We bought them lunch the first couple days and then they bought us lunch the last day. They did awesome work and let us know exactly what they were doing. They left us a nice spot to write our names in as we had asked. Everyone who comes over remarks about how nice all the concrete looks. We would definitely use Greg again!

Greg transformed our backyard of dirt and weeds into an oasis for entertaining and grilling. He built a 7’ island encased in stone that is just amazing. Our guests simply gasp when they walk into the backyard. We never imagined anything so beautiful and we are so blessed with his design esthetic and imagination. Greg simply transformed our backyard into an extended living space that just amazes and pleases us every day. We can’t thank Greg enough for our beautiful backyard.

For our new home, we worked with Greg for a second time. He and his team designed and built a large 21x17’ attached pergola with a fan, electrical outlet/wall control and beautiful rectangular columns that matched our back patio. The end result was exactly what we desired. Once again he helped us with design ideas and coordinated the permitting process, making it less stressful on us. Greg and his team can make your ideas become reality.

I would highly recommend Sunset Construction to anyone looking for a quality job. Greg listened to our needs and made great recommendations, came up with a scale design and provided a great quote. We could not have been happier with the entire process and the results. Greg kept us in the loop with consistent progress updates and discussed potential changes. In the end, he came in on budget with an awesome outdoor addition to our house. We did an outdoor kitchen with a concrete, pergola, columns, plumbing, electrical, gas, ceiling fans, lighting, barbecue grill, teppanyaki grill, outdoor refrigerator with a sink.

Greg Perger helped us with recommendations on how to complete a very long concrete driveway on our property. Greg's team did a outstanding job in completing this project quickly, within budget and did a beautiful job. The team doing the work were efficient, courteous and the job site was left in perfect condition. The driveway is a work of art!

Greg was very professional and helpful with designing a beautiful pergola for our new court yard. He added all the electrical touches that surround our amazing custom pergola. His design and drawings were spot on. He was very pleasant to work with. He also takes every detail in consideration when talking with the customer. I highly recommend his company and would definitely use him again.

Sunset Construction & Design was one of the best referrals given to us by our neighbors. Greg came out and we created our backyard with design, quality and a budget in mind, which was made possible by Greg. Greg was always available to answer our questions and we have future plans set to use him again.

We had Greg and crews install 2 lattice style patio covers. Greg designed and added an additional area to our existing patio as well as a walkway that extended the length of our backyard. We couldn't be happier with the finished job.

Greg and his team at Sunset Construction did an amazing job on my ~500 S.F. concrete project. Prior to the start of the project, Greg stopped by my house to help design the concrete layout. He provided a scaled top view sketch to help me visualize the final product. Sunset Construction's concrete crews were able to mobilize within a couple of days. Grading and formwork took one day and the concrete was poured and finished on the next day. Everything turned out great! I'm looking forward to using Sunset Construction on my next project.

Greg did an exceptional job on our pergola. His workers are very experienced craftsmen and are attentive to every detail. I almost went with another company and my neighbor referred me to Sunset and saved me from a terrible mistake had I gone with the other company. We experienced a mishap after the pergola was installed (which was not a mistake of Sunset who followed the manufacturer's installation instructions) Greg was out the next morning to rectify the issue at his expense (not the manufacturers) which was not expected. I cannot more highly recommend Sunset for experience, reliability and workmanship. Since completing our job Greg and I have become good friends-shows what kind of guy he is personally. Wayne Cook

Sunset did a great job on our new patio. My wife had specific ideas as did Greg. Between the two of them they came up with a beautiful plan. They installed stamped concrete that flows nicely from our existing pool deck highlighted by flagstone borders and flagstone seat wall. Sunset's crew was very courteous and professional. At the end of each day they cleaned up all the mess (very nice). Our project, from design to completion was done in a very timely manner. Highly recommended.

コメント：dimensionsThis pavillion was made using choice Western Red Cedar. It's foot print is 12' x 12', (between posts). A 12" overhang on all sides makes the overhead coverage 14' x 14'.
