Sarah completed a transformation of my Turramurra house for sale purposes. The house was old and tired and in need of a total makeover. Sarah's inspired ideas and wonderful taste succeeded in transforming a slightly dilapidated family home into an elegant, beautiful home which provoked admiration from family, friends and prospective purchasers. We gained the benefit of enjoying a wonderful environment for a few months until the house was sold for a price well above any price which would have been achievable without Sarah's ideas. Sarah works very hard, is totally committed to her clients and is constantly accessible. Although Sarah has many inspired ideas, I was particularly impressed that she makes no attempt to coerce clients into accepting her recommendations. She is entirely gracious and open to accept other ideas. Sarah is fun and gorgeous to work with. She has a direct line to the most wonderful tradespeople and her work is invaluable. It is a pleasure to confirm that Sarah Mellish - Patina Interiors undertook re-furbishment of the sitting room and and bedrooms. She carefully listened to my requirements but opened my mind to fresh ideas which resulted in my being delighted with the end result which was completed on schedule and on budget. Mrs Mellish spent a great deal of time sourcing fabrics and presenting a range of colour schemes as well as being in constant communication with me and ensuring the work carried out by her tradesmen was very professional.
