As a new homebuilder we used Parker Rose on a very special home project of ours. We had used other staging companies in the past for inventory homes that were unsold, but we needed a higher level of design for this specific home. Parker Rose was professional from start to finish and their staging brought the home to life and truly helped showcase it to its fullest. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and we will for sure be partnering with them on future staging efforts!

I am a Real Estate Broker in SF CA. I had a home in need of staging in Mill Valley, a big 5 bed, 3.5 4200 sq ft fabulous home. We had fired the initial stagers and needed someone fast . Cheryl from Parker Rose is a GEM. So professional, came to view home within 48 hours, we talked about the vibe we wanted. Cheryl and her team NAILED it. Parker Rose Design did an excellent job. They helped my wife and I at every step of the process (from helping design out ideal layout, to picking the right pieces, to doing the delivery and set up). In particular Valerie M has been terrific to work with and has had to handle some unique aspects in my situation including helping me manage multiple residences efficiently. The team overall has been exceptionally courteous and accommodating including the movers who were fast and exacting.

We contacted Parker Rose Design to decorate our apartment in Santa Monica and it was the best decision. From the beginning, the communication has been amazing thanks mainly to Varelie who helped us all the time with all the doubts we had. We had a meeting with one of her decorators who helped us at all times and showed us all the possibilities and a few days later, we had the proposal that was really perfect and corresponded to all our ideas. The arrival at the apartment was wonderful because it was just as we had asked for! Perfect! The furniture was beautiful and of the highest quality and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Also, after arrival, they are constantly taking care of every detail!!! I will definitely contact them again!!!

The whole team at Parker rose was phenomenal. I represented my client who was selling their home in laguna beach. My team took over the listing from another firm who were not able to sell it. We came in and repositioned the property with new marketing and furniture from Parker rose. We found a buyer in 15 days and closed in 30. I highly recommend Parker rose for all your staging needs!

I loved their modern with their high end furnishings When Cheryl came to access my interior & exterior house for sales- she spent lots of hours with her designer to draw out on what to do. When the set up day, 2 huge moving trucks & one mid size van with 7 personnel arrived on time & very efficient & super detailed work. I will use Parker Rose Design in the future again & again.
