We hired Parkdesigned to be our architects for the renovation of our new family home. It was important for us to have a company that would be involved throughout the entire process and Parkdesigned worked with us from concept through to design, supplied all technical drawings and managed the planning process and provided project management and oversight throughout the build. As with any large renovation it was not without its challenges but Parkdesigned quickly responded to issues as they arose and proposed pragmatic solutions. Overall we are delighted with the end result and the space that we have.created.

PARKdesigned took my half-formed ideas about what to do with our clapped out kitchen and utility space, and turned them into a realistic, exciting and affordable project. Once executed, their very smart design also turned out to be highly practical and rather beautiful - we have a kitchen for actual, daily use, not just for show - and it works brilliantly. They were very clear with us throughout the design process and kept in touch throughout the build to make sure that any snags were resolved promptly.. Budget and deadlines were all met. Very highly recommended.

They successfully designed and project managed a single story, side and rear extension for us, providing a generous sized kitchen and living area, office space, utility and downstairs shower room. PARKdesigned Architects listened to our needs and with a fresh approach, designed a perfect living solution with style and a contemporary feel. Key points: Project delivered to schedule and to budget. Clear communication throughout the build. Issues were identified and resolved. Changes were properly managed. We are absolutely thrilled with the results and the massive improvement this extension has made to our everyday life!

We commissioned PARKdesigned to design and project manage a single storey rear extension and remodel to our 1930s home, to create a living/dining/kitchen with access to the rear garden. We were working under the Permitted Development regs because we wanted the job completing before our baby arrived. Ed was great from start to finish, providing a good variety of schemes to generate ideas and we then refined our preferred option in time for the work to start on schedule. Ed also recommended the contractors, Brookes Contracting, who turned out to be great to work with too. Overall, we were very satisfied with the outcome - the build looks fresh, but in keeping with the rest of the house. It's made a massive difference to the practicality of the home as a whole.

PARKdesigned provided excellent advice when we were considering an extension and modifications to our home. The architect listened carefully to our requirements throughout, produced well thought out options for our consideration, and a detailed final design which gave us everything we were looking for. They were very helpful in contractor selection and diligent in managing the project from start to finish. We are absolutely delighted with the result which has transformed our living space and has attracted very favourable comments from everyone who visits.

We initially engaged ParkDesigned (Edward) as a consultant to explore options with our property. Their enthusiasm and design flair turned a dubious ill thought out previous extension into a light filled, modern and very practical place to live. They were able to manage the whole design and planning process which certainly kept stress low. Park also provided us with recommendations re builders which we followed and they also provided management in this aspect as well and although one or two snags occurred during the 9 month project they were dealt with in a professional manner and too our satisfaction I would strongly recommend them - they are currently working on a new project for me and that says it all !
