Since 1995 Paragon has been one of Naples premier construction professionals. But Paragon goes “Beyond Construction”, in 3 key ways: First, by coordinating any or all of the ancillary services required for a particular project, such as design, decorating, moving and storage. We do whatever it takes to provide our clients with the services they need to accomplish their project goals while minimizing the disruption to their lives. Second, by the application of the expertise of our Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management capability to provide a complete and unique perspective of the project. This includes such things as property values before and after remodeling, the effect of condominium association rules, policies and politics, and numerous other details that can greatly affect value, suitability, and ultimately, enjoyment. Third, our process is unmatched in its transparency, and our contracts are structured in such a way that every detail of every item related to the project is available at any time to our clients. From concept to move-in date, Paragon Construction transformed a 40-year-old condo into a very high quality, contemporary home. Paragon provided room design services, materials selection and turnkey construction with fully integrated appliance and light fixture installations. At every stage of the project, Paragon acted with unswerving professional service, always making sure we were happy with their work. All reporting was done thoroughly against a comprehensive schedule of work and cost estimates, which turned out to be very realistic. Paul Alford and his Team were a distinct pleasure to work with every step of the way. Their commitment to high quality, professional construction services and client satisfaction is exemplary.

Paragon is great. Our work was done early and on budget. They were proactive in following up on things that had not occurred to us to worry about. We hired Paul Alford and the Paragon Team in February/March of 2015 (through December 2015) for a complete renovation of a beachfront condo in Naples, FL. Paul and his firm were extremely profession, creative and thorough. The process which was difficult as we were relocating from a large home in the Midwest with a "traditional" design style to a large condo with floor to ceiling windows and beach/park/bay views on every front. So, we had to migrate to more of a "transitional/costal" design approach and yet still capture the things we like about classic traditional style. Paul was by our side from the beginning even helping us understand the costs to renovate to our desires before we purchased the condo. He was a creative force and worked incredibly well with us and our interior designer to create a masterpiece...often making trade offs that enhanced the project. In fact, it was his vision and determination to think outside the box and not be limited by what we started with that allowed us to make the finished home exactly what we wanted. Yet he managed the details with precision and brought a large, complex renovation in on time and on budget. Paul, Mark, Frank and the Paragon team are as "good as it gets" in our opinion. We highly recommend them.

Paragon has done many renovations here at Admiralty Point including mine. I could not have been more pleased with their design, attention to detail, project management, quality, and most importantly the final result. The total renovation was both on time and on budget. I have recomended them to five other owners here. They are currently working on a unit for a friend who recently moved here. Paul is a pleasure to work with and Mark is very knowledgible. You could not find a better contractor.

Paragon did two major condo renovations for us - roughly ten years ago in Admiralty Point, and three years ago in Park Plaza. We were highly pleased with the results in both cases. Paragon was very thoughtful in their ideas, they were meticulous in their work, and also timely. Further Paragon people were always friendly and helpful. We contracted with Paragon to do a complete renovation of our condominium unit. Paul and Mark prepared design plans after meeting with us to understand our needs, and they contributed greatly with suggestions and ideas based on their experience and expertise. Mark accompanied us on our trips to showrooms, assisting in the selection of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, cabinetry, hardware, wood trims, doors, granite surfaces, marble flooring, etc. During the construction, he asked us to review the work in progress at points where we were able to "see the plan" and still make changes, which we did. All of the work was of the highest quality, and the job was completed on schedule and within budget. Nothing was too much trouble. We had ordered a large piece of furniture which we were unable to get onto the elevator. Mark, sensing my wife's disappointment, arranged to hoist the unit up the outside of the building. Sometime after completion, we needed help when we changed carpeting and our mirrored doors would not close. Mark had someone there the next day, the doors were shortened, and the matter resolved. Overall, we had an excellent experience and we strongly recommend Paragon.

The team at Paragon Contracting and their efforts were outstanding. Everyone we dealt with was experienced, creative, courteous, and a professional craftsmen who paid attention to every detail. They communicated with us regularly throughout the construction process, suggested creative options for consideration, and scheduled our time very efficiently. The project was completed on time and on budget. Since the initial construction, they have been very responsive and helpful to additional needs we have requested. The best compliment I can pay Paragon is how beautiful our place turned out. We love it, and constantly receive compliments from friends who visit.
