I purchased two different towel sets from this company and left an honest review about the towel sets on each item. I was not overly harsh in my review and I did state some of the positive aspects of the towels as well. The review I left about the company was that their shipping methods were less than professional. A few hours later I received notice from HOUZZ that the vendor was asking me to retract my comments. I was left speechless by this request and want everyone to know of my experience so they can also be aware of such requests that are inappropriate. I have not changed nor removed my reviews and will not do so because they were honest and truthful.
