Palladian Home Designs

We are currently building our forever home that Mike designed. Working with Mike was a great experience. He listened carefully through a process that evolved from a remodel to a tear down and rebuild. His design captured our ideas and he suggested things we had not thought of. His design fits beautifully on our lot and within the existing neighborhood. We are loving watching our forever home come to reality. I would highly recommend working with Mike for your design needs. We worked with Mike who was very professional and went out of his way to make sure all of our needs were met. He seemed to quickly grasp our needs and got an idea of our personalities so that he was able to suggest money saving ideas to us that worked well for what we were wanting. We would definitely use Palladian Home Designs again, and would highly recommend them.

We hired Mike to design a home for us. We gave him several different plans, and wanted to incorporate aspects from each plan. We met with him on several occasions to modify the plans. Some of the design features he came up with were incredible. To this day my wife and I are extremely happy with the design of the house. I truly believe our house design wouldn't have been as nice if Mike wasn't involved.

We are a custom builder and have been using Palladian almost exclusively for all our custom builds for close to ten years. Great personality, knowledgeable, professional. Good, clean, correct prints.

Mike Shrader, owner of Palladian Home Designs is an incredibly skilled architect who can handle creating an original home design for a client or work on modifying an existing plan to suit the buyer. His attention to detail and his willingness to be flexible are two qualities that I found to be extremely enjoyable while working with him on my home design. Mike took a set of near-finished blueprints and brought them up to speed while making changes that helped our home become a better place long-term and provided us a set of full blueprints that could be used by any builder of our choice. When the house was half-finished, Mike drove three hours to be on site and did a walk-through to help us with further modifications and had many suggestions and answered many questions to make sure the house was structurally sound in spite of our changes. That's a true professional who cares about his clients..
