We have worked with Jonathan and his incredible staff at JAR Corp. for 20 years at 2 different homes, but this last project was the easiest yet. We are thrilled with our new laundry room and can't praise them all enough for their professional work ethic! Everyone is so friendly, they are great communicators about scheduling, the subcontractors were on time, the workspace was kept clean--we could go on and on. We highly recommend!

We retained JAR Corp for a major 'down-to-the-studs' remodel of our 6,200 sqf high-rise apartment in Chicago. They rocked it - they are amazing to work with, did what they said they would do, was actively engaged from day 1 all the way through project completion, are extremely detail oriented, transparent and committed to the project. We can't say enough good things about JAR Corp. They have painted our house exterior, renovated our kitchen and completed trim/painting work in our basement. Each project has been completed on time, within budget and with excellent results. Jonathan and his team were very detail oriented and wonderful to work with. Communication with Emily was stellar, our foreman Danny was great and all of the sub-contractors were courteous and highly skilled. Job site cleanup each day was so appreciated and the finished projects are amazing. Highly recommended!

I had most of the windows in my 1940s house replaced, along with the necessary painting, a rotting pergola replaced with a beautiful Trex model, and brick patio and walkways redone. They did not just do what I asked, but they also came up with solutions to long-standing problems that I had not realized were connected to the repairs. JAR Corp arranged for all the workmen, who were professional, tidy, and able to answer questions clearly. The company responds to emails and phone calls promptly, provides regular updates about scheduling, and is consistently courteous.

JAR Corp was extremely easy to work with. I work in professional services and have high expectations for communication and transparency and they hit the mark as much as any of my colleagues or clients. I wanted someone who would do the job right with as little hassle for me as possible, and I feel I got what I paid for. I hired them to rebuild a leaky shower botched by someone else. It is easy to tell the new shower is much better done; proper sloping, dries quickly. They were also able to re-use the original glass enclosure, which required a meticulous tile job to make sure the opening size did not change. We have marble tile and they were also able to match the tile in the rest of the bathroom very closely. I would not hesitate to work with them on future projects.

This was our first project with Jar and it was a wonderful experience. Over the course of months, we had many of their employees and contractors working in our home. Each and every one was courteous, professional and a pleasure to have in the house! Their work was impeccable from start to finish and their attention to detail was amazing. Who ever reads this should b so lucky to get Jar to work with them. My project started in 2022, while I was at my other residence. They did everything they said they would & did it beautifully. I thought they were easy to work with, always had time for me. I would use them again in a second.

JAR is the most phenomenal contractor we have worked with in 14 years of living on the north shore. When Jonathan commits to a project, he follows through until done with Emily making sure there are no gaps in the schedule. Work is beautiful, employees are courteous beyond words, and their follow up is beyond compare. Completely recommend!

JAR has done renovation in our home from basement to the second floor. We have scheduled the work done at our time frame and it all seems top be working out. The work is excellent and the fellows Danny and Jose are there to assist.
