Wow, what an experience building with the Friddle’s! They are an awesome team! They literally made our “picture” perfect home a reality! Our custom build is beautiful. Friddle and Company completed our home in July 2019 and we love it! After many Parade of Home tours we knew that we would be in good hands with Michael and Paige. They lived up to our expectations and were very professional throughout the entire process. They provide a very unique experience working together as a team. The Friddle's built a beautiful Hampton Style custom home for us that we collaborated on with specific design requirements including accommodation for aging in place. Their attention to detail was key to the success of our project. Paige was extremely organized and worked tirelessly to meet our needs. Michael is highly respected by his peers and suppliers for his quality of construction which he demonstrated in our home. The finish work and cabinetry were exceptional. Paige is great at project management but her skills with interior design set her apart. They listen, make suggestions and only work with the best materials, suppliers and sub-contractors. We had been planning our dream home for five years and when we finally got the opportunity to build, Michael and Paige were able to translate our ideas into reality. They exceeded our expectations on so many levels. With professionalism, quality in building, expertise, and integrity, they worked closely with us from the beginning, through the building process and even after we closed making sure we were satisfied with everything. Their attention to detail was incredible making our building experience a positive one. Together, Michael and Paige produce a remarkable product and were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. They are excellent at what they do, we couldn't be happier with our home. We first met Michael and Paige during the 2014 Parade of Homes. There was just something about the Friddle Home that stood out and distinguished itself among the elite entries. During the Parades that followed, we found the same to be true – often revisiting their homes to be certain that, yes – these builders were exceptionally talented in their ability to focus on refinement, quality and luxe essentials. We knew without question that a Friddle-built home would surpass our expectations. We had been warned – building a home could be hazardous to one’s marriage. It might be hard, or even stressful. We found the contrary to be true. Michael and Paige prepared us for each step and planned a building process that nearly felt effortless. We’ve not felt overwhelmed and each decision has been well-timed and efficient. I honestly thought our process might be too good to be true. So, I performed secondary investigations. I approached their subcontractors about their experiences on Friddle job sites. From electricians, plumbers, trim carpenters, and even local lighting, hardware, and hard-surface distributors – they each shared how Michael and Paige took their homes to a higher standard. They were, each time, described as being several notches above their fellow builders. PRIDE was a word used again and again. Faithful in our beliefs to be our own best when no one is watching, we were most impressed with Friddle and Company’s reputation for seeking the same. Their work truly speaks for itself. We couldn’t be more grateful, nor faithful, in our investment.

We moved into a house that the Friddles built. We had to buy quickly given that it was a relocation. It was gorgeous when we looked at it and after we moved in we were constantly surprised by beautiful and functional features that we had not noticed when we purchased the house. They pay close attention to form and function. In spite of the fact that we were not the first owners, Michael came over to patiently answer questions for us. They are quality builders who stand by their work.
