Building or remodeling can be a difficult decision raising many important questions for the Owner and ownership groups. What programs and uses are we hoping to achieve with the space that we are given? What would be the most cost effective remodel for our money? Where do we find someone to design a floor plan that works for us and the space that we have? What features do we want to incorporate into the space both interior and exterior? Who can guide us through this process? Pacific West has the guidance and expertise to help you through the building process and our professionals are happy to help you through every step. Our preconstruction group can take your thoughts and ideas and put pen to paper to create the home of your dreams, from new construction to additions, remodels, roof repair, updates and tenant improvements. Using either the Design/Build process or General Contracting, we have different options to suit each client to make sure that they are getting the proper design contract in place. Plans and permits are a very big concern for many of our clients and we are happy to assist in this phase, meeting with city government to define the work we intend to complete. Once the construction phase begins, we will keep you updated on how the project is progressing and what decisions need to be made to keep the schedule on track and under budget.

Pac West construction have been honest, responsive, and friendly throughout our project so far. We have hired them to reconfigure our main stairway, remodel a bathroom (add a shower), convert an unfinished room into a laundry room, convert our fireplace to gas, and fix up some drywall. They did a great job of holding our hand through the design stage and made sure we were happy with every choice that had to be made. We've felt confident in their abilities every step of the way and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

My company performed selective demolition in historic apartment buildings which contained lead based paint on the walls and ceilings. The units were occupied at the time the work was performed. Pacwest installed earth quake upgrades....as well as electrical upgrades. The project required diligence in regards to protecting the tenants belongings and pets. The units were completed the same day and the belongs moved back into place prior to the tenant returning from work. This took approx 6 months to complete.

Referral for PWC was from a friend who used them before. Zack and David were very responsive to all our needs during the entire process of our inspection and quote for a remodel of the home we were buying. They have fair pricing and do the work the correct way without shortcuts to last for years to come. I have owned 12+ homes and rate their skills, customer service and response time as the best.. The house sale fell thru so the work was never completed.

Zack and his crew always do such a great job. I have had them do a number of small jobs from electrical issues to outdoor fencing, and their attention to detail always impresses me. The guys always show up on time and are very friendly. Overall, wonderful experience.

We hired PacWest to remodel our master bath. It involved moving plumbing, windows, walls and adding a new closet, so a large complicated project. They provided the design plan, made changes based on our input and helped us pick out materials and colors. From start to finish they were involved, attentive to our scheduling needs, respectful of our house and schedule. No major project like this is glitch free, but they always stepped up to make sure what ever happened was corrected to our complete satisfaction. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. It has been a year now, it still looks new, with no problems of note. Everyone we show the bathroom to is very impressed with the design and quality of workmanship. We are very happy with the way everything turned out, as a matter of fact we had them come out for another small project. I highly recommend them for whatever size project you may have.

Hands down the most useless human beings alive. They have been out to our residence 6 times, and have broken our porch, said they would be back to fix it, never showed up. They removed our bathroom fan, said they would be back. Never showed up. We called to schedule an appointment because WATER is coming through our light fixture in the ceiling, they said they cant set appointments. Because (and this a a direct quote from Brian Drum, who claims to be the owner, but is not) "Scheduling appointments is too hard". So we now have water coming though our ceiling and a destroyed porch, but (and this is another quote) "there is nothing they can do". Avoid at all costs.

The best GC (for remolding projects) to work with in Seattle/Bellevue area without a doubt! From the initial meeting for estimates, to change orders, from demolition set up to clean up each night, "the pros" attention to detail and quality work is absolutely the finest. The team is highly organized, thorough, knowledgeable and articulate with great ideas &input for value added suggestions to incorporate in the project while still maintaining the budget. A great team of professionals to work with. PacWest Construction will be working on many of our future projects!- thanks! Painted and patched walls damaged from a rain storm. I liked their work and then had them paint all my walls. Then to update two of my bathrooms, they tiled all the walls and did a great job, they never looked better. Pacific West were very respectfully and covered the floors for protection each time and cleaned up before leaving the job every day and locked up. I would recommend them highly.
