We love our new home!!! Thomas, Tanya, Brent, and their whole crew were great to work with, assisting with the all of the design decisions, keeping us updated on design changes, and letting us know about other options, which might work better for us. It was like they could read our minds! They built a high quality, efficient home with features most builders do not even think of adding on a build. We have had multiple people stop when driving by, to tell us how much they love our new home and ask for the builder's name. This was our first custom home and we would do it again with Oz Homes, LLC. We highly recommend them for your new home build!

The whole crew at Oz Homes was fabulous to work with, even after the closing of our home. They were so patient with our changes and taught tons through all of our “why?” questions. Thomas only hired the best contractors, and Tanya gave great feedback on materials and design choices. We loved their truly custom process and the ability to make all of our wishes reality. *Please, please, please read this review! For those of you that are in search of a Home Builder of quality-built homes, simply put, OZ Homes, LLC, is second to none!!! We began our search for a home in Bella Vista, AR, in January 2020, and interviewed several Home Builders, along with touring many building sites to view homes in varying phases of the building process in an effort to identify a builder that prides themselves on attention-to-detail, unparalleled quality and customer satisfaction. During this time we had the pleasure of meeting Thomas and Tanya Dixon and visited some of the homes they had built or were in the process of building. When comparing the "Spec" homes of other Builder's we interviewed, to those of OZ Homes, LLC, we could immediately feel and see the difference in the quality of construction and the upgraded materials and finishes utilized in that of OZ Homes, LLC, such as: large garages, large windows and doors, quality flooring, custom built cabinets, granite, quality appliances, beautiful and energy efficient light fixtures, SMART phone controlled outlets, quality paint, additional exterior light fixtures for holiday lighting, cedar wood exterior accents, cedar wood beams and finishes in the construction of the deck, cedar trim in the garage... just to list a few things that we noticed and recall. Equally as important as quality, was to have a Builder that would stand by their product and be accessible should we have questions after the purchase. There again, OZ Homes, LLC has been amazing!!! Our beautiful home came with a one year warranty and as with anything mechanical, electrical or hand-built, things will require attention over time. We are proud to report that after 10 months of residing here we have only had one minor issue (light switch) and after a quick call to Thomas, it was replaced expeditiously. In closing, please know that we have not been paid for this review, nor are we being compensated in any way. We simply wanted to share our wonderful experience with people that are looking to build their dream home and aren't sure which Builder to contract with in Beautiful Northwest Arkansas. I'd planned on having a home built for years , but had always heard the horror stories of how big a hassle it can be. Thomas & Tanya of OZ Homes, (formally Loreto Homes) put those concerns behind me. They were great at explaining the process to me in layman's terms, so I knew what was going on, And as I was still living and working in Kansas City, I could not come down that often during the week to monitor progress, but they kept me updated via phone, text and photos. If I found any miscues in the construction (which were few and minor) it was usually caught by them and being corrected before I could even point it out. I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
