Outdoor Signature

Attempting to get in touch with the company is not possible. They did a great job building our pool and backyard features, but they seem unreachable now. We have warranty questions that were "lifetime," but I am now concerned that my lifetime has outlived theirs. I would love to work with them on things. But if they do not respond, I cannot recommend any longer.

Outdoor Signature has failed to complete our project since they broke ground on February 2, 2018. They've had five failed attempts in correcting our Spa. Our pool is leaking, we have huge drainage problems, raised wall was constructed improperly and our warranty has been voided on our Stonescapes.

I just completed a backyard pavilion project which included a built in stone barbecue/refrigerator & bar area. Also included a roofed pavilion with rain gutters attached to my primary house and a side pergola. I also did two ceiling fans, basic electrical, natural gas hookups and stamped/sealed concrete decking and water drip lines for two potted plants. Outdoor Signature did a very good job designing my project and the final build matched my original vision and wishes. I also had a very tough HOA to deal with and Outdoor Signature had to do several updates of the plans as well as attend an HOA Modification Committee meeting with me in order to get final approval for my HOA. The overall quality of Outdoor Signature construction was also very good and the various crews that worked on the project were always very courteous and respectful of my property and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. While the overall project took longer to complete than I had originally planned or expected, some of the delays were caused by weather and I also understand that construction crews are difficult to coordinate on a project of my size and complexity. I believe the price I paid was reasonable for the services provided and I trust that Outdoor Signature will stand by their work in the future if any issues or problems arise.

Outdoor Signature built a backyard oasis that included a free form pool with slide, grotto,spa, outdoor fireplace, patio, built-in appliances and a bar. The finished product is absolutely stunning. We explored many other pool builders. But most of them had very similar design features that seemed a bit cookie cutter. Outdoor Signature by far had the most artistic design that worked with our backyard. As we are extremely happy with the finished product. Update: March 2018 Almost 3 yrs after completion of our outdoor oasis we are still loving it and think it's amazing. I originally gave OS 4 stars but have upgraded my review to 5 stars. Since completion of our project OS has been so great about fixing any issues or problems that we have had. We haven't had many. They have been very helpful and responsive with any questions or concerns that I have had. Great Company!!

We selected Outdoor Signature because they had plans and ideas not offered by other companies. The work quality and creativity is outstanding and we love our new outdoor living. Thank you OS.

Clay made my outdated pool and landscaping come to life in ways I could not have imagined! He included more than what I asked for. I especially love his creativity with the landscaping around the pool. He makes it truly feel like my personal backyard oasis!

After reviewing three companies, we decided to hire Outdoor Signature for our pool and outdoor kitchen/patio. Although they weren't the lowest bid, their design was different and unique to our backyard. Clay, our designer, was very cognizant of how design and functionality fit in. Plus, he was always willing to work with us to get a solution within our budget. Let's face it: any construction and remodel project is a painful process. But the team at OS were contentious and responsive to ensure we were happy with the end result. We love our backyard and have recommended Clay and OS several times!

I had Outdoor Signature put in a "paradise in our backyard" 3 years ago and recently had a grill problem and with Clay's help got the parts ordered. Two guys came out to repair it but couldn't, so Corey and his partner came to put them in! In ALL the workers that Outdoor Signature has had at the house, Corey was the most respectful and knowledgable! He taught me all about my grill and why something may have happened to it. He deserves a huge promotion or at least a bonus because he is what Outdoor Signature's employees should strive to be like! We love Clay too!

Love Outdoor Signature! Best design, best pool ever! Designed in 2014, built in 2015. Brought my dream to reality, can't wait for completion!

Clay provided great creative advice to make our vision a reality and their customer service stands out in an industry that usually does a poor job. We love our backyard and recommend them all the time!
