Our project involved the construction of an addition, a kitchen remodeling and a conversion of a 1/2 bathroom to a full bathroom. We decided to stay in the house for the duration of the project including demolition (not sure we will do it again!). We have had an excellent experience with Oria's Builder. It started with the design work with the architect, which was very effective. After several back and forths to decide before deciding on the design that we wanted. From then, the actual work took about 6 months, with near zero downtime. From the 1st day, the team was working hard on the demolition. The construction team did an excellent job, working while accommodating our presence. A special appreciation to Tte electrical and the flooring professional for their excellent workmanship, and meticulous work. Gabriel our project manager and Gilad were always available, and very solution driven. For example, we were very disappointed by the kitchen backsplash, feeling it was a slapdash job. Oria's Builder removed the backsplash, paid for the replacement, and installed it at no additional cost to us. We recommend Oria's Builder team without reservation. The communication was excellent: we were kept informed of every step and roadblocks. Their quality of work is excellent. And we are very happy with the results.

Gilad and Somia were truly exceptional from beginning of the roofing (new roof w/ addition of plywood which didn't exist in our shingle over shingle old roof, along with replacement of complete gutter/spout system. Flexible schedule that accomodated other work that were going on in the house, such as exterior paint. Very friendly and responsive team with competitive prices. Suggest for roofing or any other home renovation or building tasks

Just moved back into my home after close to 3 weeks of renovation. Want to do a shout-out to my Project Manager, Gabriel for keeping the project moving right along and on budget. Gabriel and his team helped me to redo the whole kitchen and put in new flooring for the entire condo. The fact that I am on the 2nd floor in a condo complex, makes this less of a favorite for many contractors I talked to. There are limited space to work and a constant need to be clean in the open (shared) area to add another layer of work to the team. But Gabriel and his team came in and did the work without complaint and they clean the shared area to their best ability at the end of each day. Even though I am on a tide budget, the quality of the materials and detail of the work were not compromised at all. The contractors who came onsite are polite, professional and would go the extra mile to make sure everything is set up correctly so I can move back into the home smoothly There was a little hiccup during the renovation but it was resolved quickly and professionally allowing the project to move along and be completed within the time expected. I would definitely recommend Oria Builders and Gabriel to others.

I had some floor work done in my house, but I wanted something different, unique to be done. I hired Oria Builders because of the ideas the salesperson gave me when I met with him for a consultation. They were able to take my vision and offer ideas to make it look AMAZING! I am very happy with their work and highly recommend them.

As we were doing a family planing, we required an extra room. On consultation and advice of Oria builders, they added a room towards our backyard. We also took service for renovating our house, including roofs, siding, kitchen, and etcetera.

Gilad was very helpful to get me get some of the early groundwork going for my garage conversion into ADU (guest house) project. Without hesitation, he put me in touch with an high quality and affordable architect as well as electrician for the main service and panel upgrade. While I didn't use him for the build, his consulting work at the concept stage was very valuable. I would recommend him for anybody looking for more personal touch and thoughtfulness that he offers.

We've been wanting to add more space and renovate our home for a long time, so we hired Gilad at Oria Builders to do the job. We built an addition close to 500sf and renovated our 2 bedroom 2 bath home from floor to ceiling! It was quite a project and we were a little nervous (and excited!) when we started. As soon as Gilad and his team started working on the project we knew we chose the right person for the job and felt much more confident about the process. Gilad managed the project so skillfully, dealing with challenges or changes that I requested. He communicated with us every step of the way and talked us through issues that came up so we could understand the pros and cons in order to make informed decisions. On a few occasions, I just left the decision up to Gilad- that's how comfortable and trustworthy he is! We are soooo happy with how things look, Gilad and his team's attention to detail is really impressive. For me, Gilad's communication and availability really made us feel comfortable that we were in the right hands and that's really all I need!
