They help you organize only when they actually read the order to install the right stuff - which they did not do for us. We are moving into a new build and they went on auto-pilot instead of looking at the order. They don’t even have the pieces for us. We’ll be lucky if it’s corrected in the next week - we close on the house tomorrow and they were supposed to be done. Now we have to reschedule and deal with the pulling out and replacing - on our fresh paint. Not at all happy! I hope it’s worth the frustration.

Placed an order that was to be shipped last week. Both are still pending -- no information -- no way to address the situation. Poor support - and unable to ship orders. I would appreciate an update on the status and maybe we can look at the stars, but at the moment, I would avoid this seller.
