Organicus Design

Leo and Brian did an amazing job at listening to our dreams and translating them into the planning/construction documents needed to scope out a basement remodel. Leo was very thorough, providing cost effective options for the design, timely in his responses and accommodating to our schedule and respectful. He even notified us when we over paid for one of the stages in the design process! I would highly recommend Organicus!

We wanted to make a major change to our house by adding a bout 1000 SF, more bathrooms, renovate the kitchen and level a split floor. Leo and Evette did a fantastic job in their design. More windows, beautiful kitchen and out of this world deck. They incorporated a tree we had in our back into the design. I highly recommend Organicus Design.

The architects and designers at organicus design did an amazing job putting my dreams to paper. With a goal and budget in mind amongst many layout uncertainties on my part, Organicus in the most creative way put together the unimaginable. I am an organizational freak and enjoy things to have a place. They were able to design a place for everything, even though the space was limited.. I am really happy and have always recommended people to them .. Great folks..

It's telling when your house receives "love letters" during construction and after. One lady stopped her car in the street, hailed me over from the driveway, and said: "I adore your house...it's my favorite new house." Another admirer left a telephone message stating: "Yours is the most thoughtful home I've seen in a long time. Congratulations." The downside [!] is that we've accumulated a lengthy list of people who wish to tour the house and we'll get to them over time. Please know that if Leo Sapene designs your home, you will be pleased. ----------------------------------- I would encourage anyone working with Leo to use him for construction oversight as well. It is invaluable to have a knowledgeable architect to rely on during construction.
