Mr. Smith, Omni Builders, Inc., and SpenserSmith Builders have been building and renovating buildings for me since the early 1990(s). This includes very high end residential as well as commercial and industrial facilities. In my experience with him, Mr. Smith has proven to be an extremely competent designer and builder who produces absolutely gorgeous buildings. I will add a photo of one of the earlier homes he designed and and built for me in 1995. It will leave no doubt as to his abilities. He has always made himself available and is a pleasure to work with. I've never had any issue whatsoever with his billing, meeting budgeted expenses or deadlines. In sum, given my personal first-hand experiences with Mr. Smith, he is one of the very few professionals of whom I can make an unqualified recommendation. I will try to add some photos of his work as soon as I can. on this form, I have listed only the first home that Mr. Smith built for me in the 90(s). He has continued to build many projects for me since then.

I have had the pleasure of working with Rick for several years in upscale community developments. He has built numerous homes for friends and clients who have been ecstatic with the finished product.
