These guys were so helpful in giving me advice with respect to my interior railings project and stairs and then followed up with exterior glass railings for my pool deck. Beautiful work, and Angelo is such a nice guy, honest and on time.

After waiting several months for our front step railings they arrived with the wrong design and colour. Luckily that was easy to rectify and the ordered railings were soon installed. They looked great. This was in the fall. In the early spring the railings became very wobbly - not what 2 septuagenarians needed! After contacting the company we were told that someone would be by that weekend to inspect them. No one came and no will will respond to our pleas. Good railings, poor installation, really poor service. Beware!

Angelo and George were most dedicated and knowledgeable professionals! we ordered the wrought iron doors as designed. they were delivered and installed as per contract. Angelo personally supervised the installation and added the finishing touches to these well made doors. highly recommend.

I was looking for a good and reliable railing company to install a railing for my front porch and steps. I met with several people, and for some reason, we didn't like them. Finally, I was fortunate to meet with Omega Iron company. The project manager was very humble and highly knowledgeable. So - over a year ago got Omega to come out and do an estimate to install a gate in the backyard. Agreed to price, paid the deposit and then waited. The first time they tried to install the gate, it was painted unevenly and paint was blistering so we didn’t accept it. Then they disappeared for a while ... emails unanswered, phone calls not returned, lawsuit threatened - finally, four months later they show up and installed the thing. It’s supposed to be galvanized (because, of course, it’s outside). Surprise, surprise - it’s rusting! Seriously? And again - emails unanswered, phone calls not returned, etc, etc. Does that sound like an endorsement - it shouldn’t...

Hi David Davachi, thank you for your review. This job was installed within the time frames set. Upon delivery David and his wife were not completely satisfied with the powder coating. We tried to explain that when iron is zinc galvanized with a thick coating it leaves some imperfections even after sanding and powder coating but that's the trade-off. They wanted it fixed, we explained that if we try and sand it more that it could penetrate the galvanizing and rust and as per their request we did just that. It started rusting, now they are complaining it's rusting and when he emailed us we even agreed in writing that we would repair it at no cost. It's a 3rd party company that does the galvanizing. We have tried to take ownership.
We have removed the gates as a goodwill gesture, sandblasted them, re galvanized and re painted and re installed in January 2021.

Working with Omega was a pleasure. They were immediately responsive to my queries and produced a beautiful railing for my client on time and on budget. I would definitely recommend their services and look forward to working with them again soon.
