Olga Dean Interior Design

We recently finished building our new home and working with Olga Dean as our interior designer. We hired her after interviewing multiple potential designers, and trying out a lower priced option that flamed out miserably. Fortunately, that happened quickly and we were able to bring Olga in before we started construction to ensure that all the design options were still open to us. She meshed well with our already selected builder/general contractor and architect team, really adding another seasoned perspective without delaying the process. For example, she suggested some symmetry in our kitchen wall layout with our cooktop, windows, and vent hood that became one of our favorite features now that we've lived in it a few months! As the parents of two teenage boys, we wanted our new home to provide a very practical daily living experience within a modern beachy feel. Olga listened closely to our preferences and came back with great options that fit our guidance but also added her personal touch in a way that we would never have seen on our own. Her paint, material, lighting, and overall aesthetic suggestions brought the entire atmosphere of the house together in a cohesive way. Throughout the project, Olga was also easily accessible for any questions we had and made regular site visits in conjunction with us and our contractor. Best of all, Olga understood our budget parameters and did a great job finding us excellent options that kept within that while identifying the best selections to prioritize for maximum impact on the overall outcome so we didn't break the budget on high priced options everywhere. We are extremely pleased with our interior design outcome and experience and wouldn’t hesitate to work with Olga again!

I would give Olga 10 stars if I could. After multiple discussions and recommendations from friends, I engaged Olga Dean to provide interior design services for an extensive remodeling project in my home involving most of my first floor. While the project was originally expected to last approximately 6 months it ended up taking over a year due to various unforeseen challenges including changing general contractors. Throughout the entire process, Olga remained unfazed by the challenges and moved forward diligently with the design process easily collaborating with all involved and remaining committed to meeting my design goals and to making the process as stress free as possible. She remained positive, patient, honest in her opinion and was a constant source of encouragement for me to step outside my comfort zone with new styles, materials, finishes and paint. Olga’s natural instincts for beautiful interior design are readily apparent so I came to trust her very quickly in guiding me to make good decisions. The end result has exceeded my expectations and my remodeled home is spectacular! I couldn’t be happier as every time we have friends or family over, they are simply blown away at the transformation of our 1970’s home. Thank you for patience, design vision and expertise, we couldn’t have done it without you!!

I had the honor of working with Olga on our large home renovation and cannot begin to express how thankful we are to have met her. Olga created a design vision and helped us realize a beautifully clean and classic master bathroom remodel with her design services and project guidance. A primary concern in remodeling our bathroom was that the final product be updated and fresh, but not out of place with the overall traditional style of our home. Olga accurately assessed our style and how we live in our home. She presented us with key design elements that we loved at the outset, making additional design decisions effortless and the project progressed successfully under her direction.
