We purchased a vintage runner for our kitchen from Old New House and received excellent customer service. They have rugs on their website and many more on Etsy too. I'm lucky enough to live within driving distance. I called ahead and Melissa pulled five rugs I saw online and had them laid out for me to see. She answered questions about care and cleaning and gave me a booklet with additional care tips. They are available for ongoing questions and consultation about care and longevity. Such a great company to deal with. Top notch customer service.
