We hired Oliveto Hayes Design to help us update our second floor. They were very professional, took pictures, discussed our needs, wants and our budget. Then they came back with a suggested plan-with lots of great ideas! They helped us find reputable workers to complete the work. They really listened to us and were very reflective and observant to making it OUR space. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

I hired this company to re-design my dark, 30+ year old kitchen, reconfigure the laundry room and redo the adjacent powder room. I had limited space and really needed more storage. I also really wanted an island but I didn’t think it was possible without moving the exterior wall. Aileen and Jamie did a fantastic and very creative job of finding space for a large island and giving me more usable storage than I would have thought possible, all within the same square footage I started with. It was a challenging design and they kept at it until I got everything I wanted. They had great ideas on colors and finishes, and worked well with the contractor during construction. Everything works together seamlessly and it looks fantastic. The colors are light and the whole room feels light and airy. Best of all, my husband loves it and says it looks like a brand new house.

My company, ASLAN Design and Renovation, was contracted to work with Oliveto-Hayes Design to bring their clients design to life. This project was a large kitchen area including butler's pantry, powder room, laundry room and family room. ASLAN often works with designers outside of our own team and experiences vary, most often involving level of construction knowledge and code requirements. Working with Oliveto-Hayes Design made our job much easier not only by the level or creativity and professionalism, but also their ability to produce detailed drawings and their knowledge of code requirements. The attention to detail and good documentation greatly reduced the need for the dreaded change orders for homeowners.

Oliveto Hayes helped me to redecorate a child's bedroom into a guest room. I had a general idea of colors, but they provided great design ideas that really exceeded anything I expected. The final result is a room that is comfortable, welcoming and beautiful. I was very pleased with their professionalism!
