Carter Wood Floors~ I would recommend Kevin's company as the finest hardwood installer, expert for refinishing existing floors as well custom banding with a different wood to create more interest in the floor pattern. His company is dependable, pleasant, professional and he is an expert in his field. He is a from a family who are experts in flooring. Fullerton, CA: I had an existing custom milled floor in a parquet pattern that needed some feathering in of additional parquet in an area that had water damage from an existing fish tank. It was at the time, an existing floor of 40yrs. Yet we found some parquet that was added and feathered in to complete the existing floor. Kevin took the time to help me source the custom milled floor and refinished the entire floor in a Family Room, hallway and adjacent bedroom on the downstairs. In the Dining Rm, I had carpet. I decided to pull up the carpet and place maple hardwood slats w/a cherry trim to give the flooring a little more interest. It turned out beautifully.
