Oakwood Bespoke Joinery a trading name of Adhectic Ltd specialise in all aspects of bespoke joinery to the highest of standards. Previous works include an array of different projects such as the HM Treasury, HMS Belfast, St Georges Cathedral, and projects featured on Channels 4's Grand Design and The Renovation Man. We pride ourselves on personal service and quality of workmanship: our craftsman are passionate about working with wood to produce stunning items of joinery, kitchens and furniture. Our expert knowledge is evident in our bespoke kitchens, where we can offer honest advice and help you decide on a kitchen that is right for you. All of our joinery is bespoke and never reproduced. Using only the best quality materials available from sustainable sources our craftsman are capable of turning your dream into reality. All aspects of design using the latest CAD technology and 3D modelling software right through to sprayed final coat is all achieved in house. Within this website you will find many examples of our work and although this gives a good representation of what we can achieve, a visit to our workshops may be more beneficial to discuss your requirements or alternatively we a more than happy to visit your home at a time that is convenient to you.

I would highly recommend Oakwood Bespoke Joinery. They made and installed a new front door and windows for the front of our house with some demanding request from ourselves. The quality of craftsmanship, attention to detail and willingness to meet our demands were exceptional throughout and during the installation process. We have further work in the future and without any hesitation we will be using them again.

Oakwood Joinery recently made and installed a bespoke kitchen in our home. From the first contact, subsequent design work and final installation they acted as both a friendly and professional company. We asked them the handle all work including organisation of sub contractors for Granite surfaces and hand painting finish. Every member of the team was friendly, a pleasure to have in our home and good at their job. I would certainly recommend this company.

Excellent service from Paul and his team in designing, making and installing our internal bifold doors. Paul suggested some alternatives to our initial ideas and his experience gave us confidence he would deliver the quality and appearance we wanted. We would definitely use them again.

I would fully recommend Oakwood Bespoke Joinery - both myself and my builders were very impressed with the service that they provided. The intricate Victorian cornice around the front of our house had suffered bad wood rot and needed replacing. We were fearful that this would halt our renovation works but mindful of this, Paul Bateman kindly visited us on site within a couple of days. He was punctual, efficient and accurate at measuring up and gave us informed advice on the type of wood that should be used. The quotation came through quickly and we were soon in receipt of our new cornice, which looks fantastic and is an exact replica of the original! Our renovation project was soon back on track and we cannot thank Paul and his colleagues enough!

My recent experience with Oakwood Bespoke Joinery was a trouble free and highly professional. I live in a grade two listed building which need plans submitted to the South Oxfordshire District Council. The plans were drawn up quickly and professionally by Paul and his team and submitted. When a problem came up with the sourcing of rare building materials Oakwood made swift and accurate changes to those plans which were accepted. The work that was carried out on my property was and is exemplary. I am particularly impressed with the seasoned oak front door work which was engineered so accurately that there was no need for any additional draft exclusion. Thank you Oakwood Joinery.

Oakwood Joinery supplied bespoke handmade wooden kitchen units for our new build traditional house. We had a basic idea of how we wanted our kitchen to look and from the very start Paul was extremely helpful in guiding us through the various stages of the design and choice of wood to help us achieve our desired look. We visited the workroom at Oakleywood to see our kitchen being made. Once the units had been built, delivered and installed in the house we chose a suitable colour for the units to be painted. We are absolutely delighted with the end result - we have a bespoke kitchen that looks great, works well, has loads of storage space and has been greatly admired by friends and family - and all at a competitive price.

We hired Oakwood to replace a staircase in a listed building. Paul and his team did a great job, firstly at understanding our requirements, and then at making the right suggestions and tailoring it to our very old building. Although there was a hiccup when the first part was fitted, Paul took complete ownership of ensuring it was rectified and it was clear they were never going to leave a job until it met their high standards. The overall project from first design through to completion took around 2.5 months and it was always easy to stay in touch and understand what the next steps were. Fully reccommend Paul, we are very pleased with the final outcome.

We had Oakwood Bespoke Joinery completely remodel our kitchen including outside doors and windows. It was a big job. They were working in solid oak, and did a spectacular job in choosing and matching colour and grain to eye-catching effect. The craftsmanship was superb. The installers were careful and took care of all the little details and snags that came up. It took longer than the estimated time to complete and install the entire kitchen, but we kind of expected that in as complicated job as it was. Communication was good. Courtesy and patience were good. We would happily use them again.
