I worked with NY Hardware for over a year while we built two homes in HB. They were always so helpful and made my many hours in the store a pleasant experience. I cannot express enough my gratitude for the time Ashley spent with me over the phone and of course in person at the store. She would make changes and add on’s for me constantly and was such a bright light in a sometimes stressful experience. I will miss her and all of our chats. I gave NYH only 4 stars because the parking is unconventional and they don't have enough employees, however those employees are very knowledgeable. They have a very nice selection of stocked items, important for designers with last minute projects. And the orderable items on display are unique yet affordable. Have been purchasing here for my clients for many years, as well as refer many to visit. The showroom isn't upscale, yet that allows them to compete with good pricing. Highly recommend!

A friend recommended I come here since she knows I like innovative & creative design pieces. I'm remodeling my kitchen and wanted to get something that my foodie/chef husband would appreciate as well. We were like kids in a candy store. They had every pull & knob imaginable and some cool, unique designs. My husband and I had some "passionate" conversations attempting to negotiate between our preferences. My husband loves Mid-Century Modern and I love Eclectic or Transitional. I loved that they had so much that we concluded on 3 and then finally picked our winner. Michelle & David were great at helping us and didn't judge us for our "couple design difference passion." I would highly recommend. Now I'm trying to figure out where I can do the "barn door" look in my home since we both loved that design feature we didn't consider until we saw it there.

Wow what a gem of a showroom! Many obscure and beautiful artisan pieces mixed in with the standard fare. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful sales staff. I was looking for an unusual door pull for a custom piece in my bedroom and was able to find a crystal embellished seahorse that was perfect! I also picked some modern Italian pulls for my vintage wood custom closet that were perfect! All product was received when expected. I would recommend this wonderful place to anyone!

Best place to get all my cabinet hardware. They have people in the showroom that know what they are talking about. I needed design help and was caught between different looks. They were able to help me get all the correct cabinet handles.
