We used NVblu several years ago and they created a beautiful oasis out of an unusable space on extremely steep hill. We were very happy with NVBlu from start to finish of that project and they have continued to be responsive when needed. We highly recommend them to our friends! In addition to building the beautiful pool (and making sure it was structurally sound on the hill), NVBlu worked with us when we asked to expand our project and they did so without adding too much additional time or outrageous cost. The addition included an upper deck, pavilion, and outdoor kitchen. Additionally, they worked seamlessly with our landscaping company that we hired towards the end of the project to plant trees and bushes around our new pool and slope. They have also been responsive to any issue since they completed the job. We have had no major issues with the pool, but one pump stopped working as effectively as it had in the past and they immediately investigated and replaced it! We highly recommend NVBlu!

This level of home construction can be quite stressful for a home owner but Donnie put us at ease right from the start and had definitely earned our trust. Donnie was always on site to ensure quality control throughout each phase of the project and was always responsive to any questions or inputs that we had. If there was ever a problem, he ensured it was addressed immediately. We were also impressed by the personal involvement of the owner Jack. Every year since they completed my pool, tile has come off. EVERY year. This year was no exception. If you are looking for a company that knows how to pass the blame to everyone but themselves.. this is the one. This year I had them open the pool early so they could get a jump on the repairs of the NEW pool they built for me... they let the entire summer pass with BS excuse after excuse .... Here we are in September ... and this is what my pool still looks like.

This review is long overdue and based on customer service, or lack thereof. NVblue installed a pool and spa for us many years ago. Our spa began leaking, and over the course of time, we contacted numerous employees (in mgmt positions) at NVblu to help us determine the cause. Someone came out one time to inspect. He applied a product that's supposed to organically find a leak and close the hole. It didn't work. We called back many, many times. Each time we called, we'd be told that the situation would be discussed with the owner, and that we'd receive a return call to address the situation. Those return phone calls never happened. We can only assume that once the job is complete, you as a customer, no longer interest this company. Incidentally, we weren't asking for anything monetary. Our primary objective was to locate the source of the leak.

We contacted NVBLU to discuss a pool and landscaping for our backyard . Their senior design consultant, Bobby Thomas, came out for a consultation. After a wonderful talk, we were excited to get started. Bobby said he would send us the estimate and we'd go from there. A couple weeks passed and we didn't receive the proposal. I emailed Bobby and was told that he would complete it and send it in a couple of days. The days came and went and we didn't hear anything. I even reached out to the company directly without any response. Ultimately, we never received an estimate or an explanation.
