Lino lives and breathes building. He has been in the industry for longer than he cares to admit, originally starting out as an apprentice tiler back in the 70’s. With a relentless attention to detail he set about gaining his Building License ensuring his high standards would be reflected across the entire home build. Lino has worked hard to create an environment that fosters teamwork, rewards effort, creates job satisfaction and is ultimately a place where people enjoy coming to work. Many of the team at Novus, including our trades people, have been with the company for more than 10 years and take great pride in their work. A number of staff are registered builders, or hold diplomas in building in their own right. This gives us exceptional stability and demonstrates our ongoing commitment as to what we stand for – building homes we can all be proud of.
