I had Novak & Parker service my microwave/oven wall unit. Appointment was made in a timely manner and the technician was very knowledgeable. Would definitely use then again and would recommend them.

I have been in Real Estate for over 35 years and deal with appliances quite a bit. Besides recommending them to our clients all the time, I have now purchased 3 or 4 full sets of home appliances for homes I was selling and even have used them for our Orland Park offices appliances. The service and follow up has been impeccable. The prices are very competitive, and most importantly, when they say they will do something it gets done! We could buy appliances anywhere and always choose Novak and Parker!
