Over all very Poor work quality. People who left comments here are contractors. I bought their home and not happy with their quality and services. They want your money asap and yet they will delay any service that requires to their maximum and on top of that some promises that they would do even on written promises? Guess what they wouldn't do for you because it's not under the warranty(I'm still within 2 yrs) So here I my advice, dont waste your money here. Spend it on different company.

I have recently worked with Noura on the High Estate Homes in central Coquitlam, BC. What set them apart is that they offer full customization of their homes to meet the client’s needs and expectations. My first collaboration of designing and setting up the Show Home was a great experience as I got their full support, confidence as well as the freedom to implement my design and ideas. Noura construction and the office team are very helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. They work with great dedication to schedule their projects and deliver on time and the most important they stay on budget. I am very excited to working with Noura on the new “Aura Homes” development on the Burke Mountain.

We are partners with Noura, as well as contractors. Overall, Noura builds beautiful houses. They will commit to the client's requests, if possible. They are a good team to work with.

Noura built our dream home for us. They walked us thru every step. Noura staff were available for our inquiries and open to our requests. Noura built us a home that is functional, beautiful, and customized to our taste. And affordable! Noura has treated us like family. It's refreshing to see a successful family company with strong family values, building high quality homes. We definitely recommend Noura to my friends and family and will hire them again when I want to upgrade again.

Incredibly professional, knowledgeable and honest people. Their quality of work is exceptional as is their attention to detail. My wife and I contracted Noura to build our home. We asked for a great deal of customization and fully expected to have most turned down as that was our experience with other builders. Not only did Noura agree to everything we asked for, but they did so without adding significant cost or time. Noura is one of those rare companies that still values professionalism, quality and integrity. I highly recommend them.

コメント：Paint colours?Hello, Sorry this project was from a few years back and we do not have the colour scheme on file. The roof looks like it is Cambridge Charcoal Grey. The Siding is hardi that has been painted.
