North Lion Stone

I hired North Lion for new countertops for my kitchen. Paid my deposit (70%) in February. We were set for install the same week that business began closing down for corona virus, which understandably delayed install be another few weeks. Install took place first week of April. Install was sloppy. I was told that the install was “impossible” because cabinets were not level. He said beyond what can be shimmed. Installed sent me to Home Depot to buy a sheet of plywood that didn’t get used - he ended up using shims. Fine - no problems here. They were short a few pieces of backsplash and needed to come back the next day. The following day, they showed up but one of the backsplash pieces (a step up to another level of counter) didn’t meet. There was a 1/2” gap between the two pieces. And there was another stretch that no backsplash was ordered. After the installer says it can’t be done, not level - I’m told that they will get them cut. No problem. So, two or three weeks go by and I don’t hear from them, but notice my credit card has been charged for the remaining balance.. it took another 4 weeks to get the job completed. Overall product - good Overall service - poor, sloppy
