Cost was great. I was able to do whole house with the 0% for 12 or 18 months (for the carpet, installer is paid upon installation). Eric, installer, really knew what he was doing. Very little scrap. Denise and Matt were friendly and encouraged me to take samples home to see them in our light. I borrowed sample 3 or 4 times, no problem.

I had such a wonderful experience putting in new flooring in my home thanks to Northern Wholesale Flooring and ESPECIALLY Their Designer Denise McMaken! the process was expedient, efficient and easy to follow. They helped me find cost savings for the best floor possible, were friendly, helpful and caring. Also - very patient! Thank you so much for all the hard work! I would strongly recommend this company to others! As a property manager, I have had my fair share of bad experiences and this one was amazing!

My wife and I went into the store looking to compare prices for carpet. The sales manager George Makris was very helpful and he showed us a lot of different styles that they had to choose from. The price was great, we were carpeting 3 bedrooms and closets. Install day couldn’t have gone any better. The two gentlemen did a awesome job and even took beds apart to complete the job. I give Northern Flooring 5 Stars. Would highly recommend them.

The installation team of Mike Smith and Mike Hoseclaw was outstanding. Efficient, timely and knowledgeable. Helped with moving of the furniture and helpful hints. Highly recommended for any carpet work.

Staff at Northern Flooring are helpful and very professional. When unexpected problems occurred with our installation, they gave us suggestions to fix the problem and remained flexible with scheduling to complete our project in a timely manner.

Do not recommend. Poor-to-no communication between the store and the installer. Did not meet the deadline. Allysa, the staff designer, is talented and easy to work with. However, when contacted to discuss concerns, the management was belligerent, demeaning and unprofessional. While we strive to support local business, this experience was a disappointment. Will not refer friends and neighbors.

My wife and I were looking to replace flooring in a home we were buying; We visited a number of different flooring stores before coming to Northern.. From the minute we walked in we were well taken care of, we had our minds made up on Solid Hardwood until we heard about and saw the selection of Engineered Hardwood Northern had. The owner Matt ended up helping us choose DuChateau - Kasteel. We could not be happier with the floor it looks amazing.. The entire experience with Northern and the install crew they sent out was top notch. Cant recommend them enough.

Great company to work with. Installation team was professional, clean, and quick. Love the way my vinyl floor looks in the basement. Most people mistake it for hardwood.
