I cannot say enough good things about Jason and his crew. I had hired someone else to frame our addition and found out mid project that the quote that I was given did not include materials. In a panic I called Jason as I felt that I was being overcharged. He quickly got me quote and saved me several thousand dollars. I would not hesitate to use him again!

I purchased a new Noble Ridge home in 2015. What a pleasure to live in a beautifully designed and well constructed home. Each and every post construction adjustment was made immediately and without question. I was so impressed with the concern and care taken by Jason Wojtacha and his team that I subsequently chose Noble Ridge for additional modifications to my home, including the design in installation of a gas fireplace. The work was flawless. The job was completed on time. And the job was completed within budget. His professional crew paid close attention to the needs of the customer. All work was done with close attention to detail and minimal disruption to the living space. This is not the first general contractor I have worked with over the years, but he is without question the best in terms of quality of work and personal integrity.

We were looking to add an addition that included a media room, bathroom and bedroom on to the side of our home. The goal was to create an add-on that looked as if it had always been there. Jason created a both functional and beautiful design, that we love, while his team of skilled workers brought it to life. The bid was very detailed and we managed to stay on target for most the estimated items. If we had any questions he was willing to answer them. I'm very happy with the level of patience and customer service he provided to us as we are the type of people to question everything. He worked to get us what we desired in both look, design and functionality.

Jason is great to work with. He is knowledgeable, professional, and exceptional in handling our remodel project done in Oct 2011 - Jan 2012. He listened to our needs and created a solid proposal. He found economical and efficient ways to get the project completed under 100 days despite us making a few changes along the way. We started with changes to the flooring, kitchen cabinets, electrical, and interior wall painting. Within 2 weeks we added changes to include a complete revamp of 2 bathrooms and full kitchen change. He was able to plan and accommodate the changes. The resultant house was very good with well built 2 bathrooms, energy efficient water heater and furnace, a completely new electrical system and plumbing. The interior was completely updated with new dry wall coating and paint. Jason kept weekly meeting with us and he was always prepared for the conversations. He guided us to make the decisions at the right time with good inputs to make decisions. We were very satisfied with his follow up skills and quickness to handle punch list items. It was a pleasure working with him.

Jason's company Noble Ridge Construction is now working on my condo that I just purchased. I was so pleased with the remodel of a 5200 sq ft home that Noble Ridge completed for me I asked that his company help me with a relatively small project at the condo. His supervisors and his sub-contractors were timely, diligent, conscientious, and professional. I would recommended Noble Ridge Construction to any of my contacts.

Really good work. Owner cares about quality. Has a good sense of humor, and is very respectful of ones budget. Pleasure to work with. Very trustworthy. They did our entire house remodel and we are very very happy with the results.
