Nina at iSO design is professional and practical and great value for her services. The owner wanted to keep as much of their own existing furniture and Nina was still able to do a beautiful job bringing in a few better pieces and a lot of refined elegant accents to totally transform the look and style into something lovely. Nina also manages an excellent team, and the home is well looked after, even moving in and out with big furniture. Great work, the house looked stunning and refreshed and more spacious and welcoming than prior to staging. Would recommend Nina's services to anyone selling, especially in a Buyer's market.

The work/service that Nina provided was exceptional! I couldn't believe that my home (which was in a total state of upheaval due to packing/decluttering) was transformed into something out of a magazine. Nina & Brittany made magic that day. The first day we put the house on the market, we received our first offer (of many). The only sad part of this service was when the house sold and Nina came back to take all her beautiful furniture/decor away. (now I know what type of dining room furniture to get for the new home. LOL) Her eye for detail made this house sing! And she was alway just a phone call away if I had any questions. Thanks Nina....

I can not recommend Nina enough. I had never considered using an designer and was initially intimidated. Nina offered advice, showed me how to organize things, provided affordable options of items I wanted to purchase, and helped me understand how I could integrate my style into a look that feels like me. Nina made accessing a beautiful home within my grasps. More importantly, she made the process comfortable. I can't wait to work with her again.

I recently contacted ISO Design to assist my 87 year old mother moving into a new condo in Barrie Ontario. I am out of town and i needed someone i could count on and who would get it right the first time. The attention to detail and personalized service provided exceeded my expectations and also my mom’s. They coordinated with the moving company , placed furniture in the most ideal locations , hung pictures and even assisted unpacking all her boxes. ( clothes , kitchen , bathrooms etc) My Mom is now all set up and is at peace. I would highly recommend this company. Its nice to do business with people who go above and beyond. Nina came over to help me organize my cupboards.. From the minute I met her, I knew that we would work well together. She is persoanable and knows how to put a client at ease. We organized my husband's cupboard first. I had no idea that pants, shirts and socks etc could be neatly stored so neatly. Nina's folding techniques are a snap- there is nothing complicated about being neat if one follows Nina's lead. Then we tackled my cupboard and I now have an organized space where there is room to spare! Nina helped me look online for bedside tables, lamps, a bedspread and a sofa. We even discussed the colour for my new front door. She has an excellent eye for design and colour and use of space. I asked Nina to come back so we can organize my work and craft space and other messy areas in the house. I am very pleased to have the opportunity to work with Nina.

Nina's services are invaluable ! I was tasked by my Seller to achieve a huge sold $ on her property. An integral part of my marketing was to ensure the home looked outstanding both on-line and once people arrived at the property. Virtual staging just doesn't cut it. With her staging services, combined with my overall marketing plan, we hit that Sold $. PS Buyer loved the furniture so much they bought it off her :-)

Nina is very professional in her approach. She's very thorough in her recommendations from the front yard, to all the corners of the house including basement and backyard. She suggested modern materials, lights, wood, etc and very helpful through out the entire renovation process. She's very punctual and staged the house very well. The house was sold on the first day.

コメント：Where should the TV go?Install a custom build entertainment unit where the niche is which will be perfect for the TV. If you don't want the TV to be the focal point of the room (which most are these days) build a barn door ...

コメント：backsplash dilemma asapNo, I don't recommend doing the 4in backsplash. Either take it all the way up with your granite or with subway tiles or a mosaic tile.

コメント：Want to paint exterior white, what do you think?Agree with others, white would be lovely and possibly wedgewood blue shutters and trim. It'll be very fresh. Good luck.
