Nikki Brouillette Ethan Allen San Marcos

I was so lucky Nikki was there in Ethan Allen for me. I wanted to get my 20 yr stuffed Ethan Allen chairs reupholstered. I am clueless when it comes to design. She helped me pick out the PERFECT fabric, that I LOVE and found some ottomans that look great with my chairs. She came to my house and helped me arrange my furniture and paintings. I am so happy with her service, cant wait to work with her again.

Nikki is an exceptional interior designer at Ethan Allen in San Marcos. My husband and I were lucky enough to meet her and receive her expert guidance in making several purchases over the past two years. Just recently, she came to our house twice and spent many hours with me in store within a very short period of time so my husband and I could take advantage of a sale that was quickly coming to an end. What amazing service! Thanks to her help, our home is now even more beautiful and functional. We absolutely love everything and couldn’t have achieved such fabulous results without all her hard work and patience! An added bonus is Nikki is as wonderful personally as she is professionally. We highly recommend her without reservation.

Nikki Brouillette, from Ethan Allen in San Marcos, was such a delight to work with when I recently purchased a beautiful sofa. She's a professional who gave me knowledgeable input about the fabric and the construction of the sofa. She's also very nice with a very pleasant disposition. The best thing is that she's not pushy about making a sale but offering great suggestions. For any future furniture needs, I'll definitely see Nikki again.

I found Nikki to be the consummate professional. Extremely good at all aspects of interior design. You only want to use Nikki if you want to use the best. Going forward I will only use Nikki for all my interior design work and I recommend everyone I know should do the same.

We had Nikki come to our home, measure, and listen to our style and practical needs. She gave us a presentation and everything seemed perfect. We ended up furnishing 3 spaces using her choices and we couldn't be happier. Now we have good stylish comfortable furniture that will last a long time.

I hired Nikki to work on my living room and was more then pleased with the finished room. Nikki was able to understand the vision that I had while staying true to the architecture of the home. She added a really fresh modern spin which I loved because I tend to go more traditional. She has got good taste and was very responsive throughout the entire project. I am definitely going to use her again on my next project.

My wife, Cathy, and I went to the South Corona Ethan Allen showroom to get ideas for redecorating the living and dining rooms and met Nikki, who was very helpful. My wife knows what she likes but doesn't know what would work in out 1950's Harry March ranch-style home in the Wood Streets in Riverside. With Nikki it was so easy to for Cathy to tell her what she liked while walking the showroom, as Nikki guided us through the process to update our look while blending my wife's taste for both traditional and modern styles. After the Initial walk through the showroom, Nikki came to our house to get a better feel for the spaces then took measurements and said she'd have her recommendations in a week. We met with the following weekend and she ran us through a very detailed plan of action to make our rooms a showcase of our style. Cathy did have some adjustments to the plan but generally Nikki was spot on and very supportive of my wive's input. Nikki even took into account the fact out street is tree-lined with Shamel Ash trees and found the perfect statement piece for the living room - a 24x36 painting of white-barked trees with hints of yellow, green foliage. We've now bought the furniture and details to make the plan work and are patiently awaiting the arrival of the pieces we've ordered. Based on her attention to detail and great listening skills, I have no concern that our project with go off without a hitch. Thank you Nikki for making my wife so happy and excited to see her new living and dining rooms. Although Cathy is not exactly skills as a decorator, you took her thoughts and ideas and made them a reality. And, I can't wait to come back to Houzz and complete my five-star recommendation of Nikki's professional execution of a plan to make our favorite rooms in the house fun to live in again.

Nikki has a knack of combining style, design, fabric, and color that work well together. Her people skills are so genuinely professional, yet comfortable and communicative. She has worked to turn a "rough" concept I had for my rooms into a reality that has totally wowed me.....and then some!!!

I was introduced to Nikki Brouillette at an Ethan Allen workshop. I wanted help in accessorizing my home and still had one room that I had no idea what to do with it. Nikki offered to come by my home on her way home from work and give me so ideas. To my delight I was able to communicate my thoughts with her and I found her responses to be very helpful and exciting. She put together a complete room package along with other ideas for adding some accessories to other areas in the home. She was very sweet and professional in her dealings with me and she encouraged me think outside the box. I am now in the process of waiting for the completion of furniture to be delivered and I am so excited to see it all come together. She has been an absolute doll about keeping me abreast of my order and their shipments and I look forward to working with her again in the future. Ethan Allen is lucky to have such a dedicated employee, not only to them but to her craft as well.

We have been looking for a new sectional for quite a while. We have looked at many competing companies in the southern california area and made a determination afeter reviewing the Richmond sectional online. We drove from Rancho Cucamonga to Corona and was immediately greeted by Nikki. Nikki is very pleasant and approachable, and was very eager to assist us. She showed us several different options and designs and after a couple of days, we called Nikki back and made the purchase. Nikki made the entire process extremely easy and consistently keep us informed of the process. About a month after placing the sectional on order, we went back and purchased some additional throw pillows from the store. We did purchase close out store held inventory (display) but took them to the dry cleaner and they look perfect!. About a week later, we made the decision to purchase an area rug that was on display at the store and called Nikki for a quote. In the same fashion of working with her on the sectional and pillows, Nikki was very pleasant, friendly and quickly put together a floor plan and quote. We purchased the rug which arrived this past Saturday. BEAUTIFUL. Unfortunately after displaying the rug in the living, we noticed an imperfection. I was hesitant to request a replacement, but I took pictures, and sent them off to Nikki. Monday morning she had responded that a new one would be ordered and the other will be picked up. Absolutely the best customer service! Although the new sectional still has about 3 weeks before it arrives, I am confident that it will be a true piece of art. Cant wait to shop some more!
