It was such a delight to work with Beth. She is very professional, creative and trustworthy. We fully renovated the kitchen and master bath, she designed everything to the most minimal detail, all the materials she chose were on point, useful and everything turned out perfect. It was so easy to work with the contractor thanks to Beth’s plans and attention to detail. We are enjoying our renovation greatly. Couldn’t have done it without her!

We recently finished a complete kitchen renovation, laundry room expansion and living room fireplace remodel with designs by Niemand Interiors. Beth is great to work with; very professional, responsive and experienced. She listened to our preferences and was able to refine the vision we had for the project and come up with beautiful, creative ideas for the space. We love to cook, so function (not just form) was critical and Beth ensured that usability was captured in the design. She also has a great eye for lighting that really helped enhance the space beyond our expectations. She was always mindful of our budget throughout the process and helped us make smart decisions during the design phase. One thing that set Beth apart from other designers is the quality of the final design package she provides. It is exceptionally detailed from cabinetry to electrical to lighting to ceiling moulding. The project is clearly laid out in detailed drawings for any contractor to work from. This is critical as it helped avoid confusion or rework during the construction phase ensuring the construction went very smoothly. It was Beth’s creativity and attention to detail during the design that that lead to remarkable finished kitchen. We will definitely be coming back to Niemand Interiors when we redo the master bath.

We could not have chosen a better designer that Beth Niemand for our kitchen, family room, laundry room renovation! From the first phone call to the completion of the project, we were so impressed with how well she communicates & always follows through when she gave a date for the project. Her designs are amazingly detailed & the use of space provides so much more easily accessible storage than we have ever had. She took into consideration our traditional Georgian-style home as she modernized our kitchen perfectly. Her recommendations for other professionals used in ordering the gorgeous Wood-mode Cabinets & the contractor that handled the entire remodel in the promised 10 weeks made the whole remodeling experience wonderful. We highly recommend Beth & would not hesitate to use her on any future projects!

Beth is great! Our kitchen functions well and maximizes the space we had to work with, all within budget. She worked through my 1,000 thoughts about design, helped ensure that what we finally decided became a reality with occasional on site direction of the subcontractor, and (probably most importantly) helped to manage ME! Owner expectations for design, timing and impact to your household during a remodeling event are really important to manage - and I'm sure that I was not easy. Totally satisfied.

From the first phone call, I knew Beth was the designer for me. She helped me find my “vision” for my new kitchen, master bathroom and powder room. Along the way, she guided me through color choices throughout the house. Her working drawings were praised by the trades as the best that they had ever worked with. Precise and clear. Just finished my 5th project with Beth and Niemand Interiors. As usual, her attention to detail and follow up made the process amazing. Her skill sets go far beyond having a very keen eye for on-trend design ideas. She also has the unique ability to provide contractors with on-point and detailed drawings for every step of the way, including tile design and cabinetry. Throughout the project she was always thinking ahead and her planning made the biggest difference in ensuring the process went smoothly. The project came in under budget and can’t stress enough how valuable her services were in helping make the correct selections of finishes. She ensured there was always a balance between style and price in an arena where the number of choices can seem overwhelming. Looking forward to our next project in 2018.

Pure and simple, Beth Niemand with Niemand Interiors is phenomenal at what she does for a living. She is thorough, dependable, artistic, accomplished, personable, and honest. She is everything you’d want in someone who is helping make your dreams a reality. For us that reality became a complete kitchen remodel as well as a family room makeover, a renovated powder bath, and new flooring, paint, and lighting on our main floor. Beth was the motivator that we needed to get a long talked-about project finally moving! I knew I liked her right away when I saw after our initial interaction how prompt, detailed, and reliable she was. After analyzing our space and hearing our needs, she came up with several different detailed designs for our space. Most helpful and exciting to our family at that time was that she helped our family visualize the possibilities! With some time and refining, we selected a floor plan and submitted these plans to a handful of contractors until we found the contractor that was the right fit for us. Beth had created a very detailed “project scope” that she sent to the contractors, which helped us get the most accurate bid possible. The renovation team we selected was immensely impressed with Beth and was in awe over her work and attention to detail through the whole process. There were so many choices to be made but Beth made that process significantly less overwhelming. She took us step by step making sure that no detail was forgotten. Although not sure initially how far we would use her services into the renovation, she became invaluable to us throughout the entire project. She was a great advocate for us with our contractors. Beth was able to find the right balance between guiding us to choices that we liked, but also being candid about what would work and what wouldn’t. We learned to trust her counsel because we discovered that it was legitimate and perceptive and that her recommendations were excellent! We would recommend Niemand Interiors in a heartbeat. Using her services was absolutely worth the investment.

We had been planning to do a complete remodel of our kitchen for several years but were overwhelmed by the process. We’d met with several contractors but just didn’t have the vision we needed to make it happen. All that changed when we hired Beth Niemand. She met with us at our home, saw our space and took measurements, carefully listened to our needs and wants, and came up with multiple design options for us. The option we ultimately chose had the kitchen configured in a way we hadn’t even thought of before, and it is the best thing we could have done with our space! Her detailed drawings and electrical plans made it very easy to get bids from contractors and made the construction process itself so much easier for all parties involved. Our general contractor and other subcontractors were extremely impressed with her work. Beth also assisted in the selection of colors and finishes for our kitchen and her service was invaluable. There were several times when I was hesitant about items she suggested, but I decided to trust her opinion and the result is amazing! I have a fantastic new kitchen that is the envy of friends and neighbors which functions beautifully for our home and family. There is no way we could have completed this process as easily and ended up with such a beautiful kitchen without Beth!

We hired Beth to do drawings for our master bathroom/closet, jack & jill bath with closet and kitchen remodel; she gave us 2 options for each project and "hit the nail on the head"; we would not have been able to picture how our house will look after the remodel and her drawings were essential for our contractor to complete the work. We can only recommend Beth and will use her again in the future!
