We ordered a high end tub and tub door and after it was installed by our contractor, we discovered the door was for a left side drain (the tub is right side drain), so the stationary glass was on the same side as the faucets and drain. We called NY Kitchen and Bath to let them know and they said our sales person, Larry, would call us back. He never did, and when we called again the person who answered told us that Larry had said we could not return or receive compensation because the door had been installed already. We were not living in the house during the reno so we did not know that the door was the wrong orientation until it was already installed. Consequently, we had to remove the door and eat the cost.

Just had an appointment with them since my contractor uses them, and they are amazing! Mark and Anthony worked with us and the styles and layouts are fabulous and I cant wait for the finished kitchen! They are so knowledgable and really take time to ensure you are satisfied down to every detail! I highly, highly recommend them! This is my second kitchen (one I having done for my daughters house). My first kitchen ( my own)was done by them, along with Randy from Residential Construction, in 2012, and it still looks like new, very timeless and just perfect! You will NOT be disappointed!

I utilized NY Kitchen and Bath multiple times this year during my home remodel and again with my mom's kitchen remodel. Overall, it's a great place for home products. It is evident that the staff and management care and take time to build relationships with their customers from start to finish. One issue we had was that a non detailed invoice lead to a mix up that they were willing to do their best to resolve after several conversations. I would recommend, as with anything, to get everything in writing so it is clear for everyone involved. The staff's product knowledge is excellent and if they didn't have an answer they would always do a good job of getting back to me quickly. Special thank you to Larry who patiently answered my many questions and was instrumental in lending advice on several design aspects we would have otherwise not thought of.

I have had my kitchen re modeled a few years ago by New York Kitchen and Bath, " everyone" in that store is always there to help. Their designers are second to none, the knowledge of their sales staff I cannot speak enough about, competitive pricing and that is only the tip of the iceberg for that store. I want to talk a little about their commitment to customer service, if you have questions or concerns about anything after the work is completed, contact their customer service people and they will help. I have recommended this store to my friends, relatives, actually to anyone that is thinking of remodeling thier kitchen or bath. For me, they will always be #1 in remodeling.

We just completed a full kitchen remodel and would highly recommend NY Kitchen & Bath. We worked with Kim, who was extremely helpful and patient with our numerous questions and concerns. We went in with a rough idea and she was able to turn it into a reality. We ordered our cabinets and ceramic tile backsplash from them and their prices were the best in the area! Thank you for providing me with the kitchen of my dreams!

I purchased cabinets and counter tops from NY Kitchen & Bath with Kim and she's been extremely courteous and very patient with our numerous revisits\changes. The cabinets looked great and were built with great quality. I am very satisified with Kim's services including the help with the design of the kitchen and helping to ensure the best cabinets w/ in our budget. I strongly recommend you to visit their location.

We purchased our cabinets from New York Kitchen and Bath for a kitchen remodel. Kim was very knowledgable. She helped us design the exact look that we wanted even though some of the pieces were a bit unorthodox. All of the materials arrived on time. Whenever we needed something she was available and got it for us quickly. We love our new kitchen, especially the quality and look of our cabinets!

I had the pleasure of working with Kim Chapman to design my new kitchen. I was so comfortable and confident with Kim's ability and commitment that I never worried. This is very unlike me! She guided me through the many decisions and went the extra mile to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I love my new kitchen and frankly will miss talking to Kim.

Our contractor suggested NY KITCHEN & BATH as a vendor to renovate our very outdated kitchen. We are very pleased with with the end results. Kim Chapman was our designer and with her incredible input, we put together a beautiful room. Her suggestions and those of our contractor gave me exactly what I wanted. It was difficult to walk through the showroom and not say "I want that, no, I want that." I would strongly recommend Kim and company to my friends and family.

I went to New York Kitchen & Bath to purchase a vanity for my master bath remodel. Kim Chapman was the salesperson. She was so helpful that I ended up purchasing the tile for the shower and floor as well as the vanity. My master bath would never have come out as well without Kim's help. This past October we redid our main bath and powder room. We had no hesitation about going back to New York Kitchen & Bath to have Kim help us with that. Kim did an outstanding job helping me pick out vanities, countertops and tile for the floor. It was a pleasure working with Kim on both projects. Kim is a real professional and also a very nice person to deal with.

I worked with Kim Chapman at NY kitchen and bath. She is amazing! This was my first major renovation and she helped me with everything, from questions about cabinets, flooring, tile, paint color, and countertop she was just great. When we first started designing my kitchen I came in with an idea of what I wanted but unsure how to translate that in an actual picture. Kim gave me so many options and the look of exactly what I wanted. I was able to purchase my cabinets, wood look tile flooring, and backsplash all through Kim. She always answered my emails, texts, and phone calls about anything I had a question on. We shared a lot of the same design style and it made it so easy working with her. The transformation that happened in our home was simply amazing and its because Kim was such a helpful and important resource for us. Kim really helped take the stress out of many of the choices I made and always gave me reassurance in my choices and was as excited about my project as I was. I LOVED working with her!

My husband and I recently built a new house and purchased all of our kitchen and bathroom cabinets, counters, fixtures (faucets, sinks, etc.) and flooring (tile, hardwood, etc.) from NY Kitchen & Bath. We had a great experience working with NY Kitchen & Bath. The staff was wonderful to work with and they really helped us to refine our design and stay within our budget. The quality and value of the cabinets (Waypoint) and materials were superior to a lot of the other products that we had looked at from other local Kitchen & Bath Stores as well as Lowes and Home Depot. We would highly recommend NY Kitchen & Bath to anyone looking to have a great experience while completing their project.
