We ordered 43 windows from NewPro at the end of December 2020. The sales guy, Christian, was very cognizant of our timeline before we signed the contract and assured us he could get them in before our season started in May. We did our due diligence and explored multiple options. Our timing wasn’t a coincidence. We needed this completed by April at the latest. We have been contacting them since mid-January and it’s been nothing but crickets. Here we are in mid-February and they are just now pulling permits and have to go in front of the historical commission which we told them upfront they would have to do. Have they ordered the windows yet? NOPE. They won’t do that until after they pull the permit and get historical approval. Wondering why they didn’t do that in early January since we signed at the end of December? So are we. With a minimum of a 12 week lead-time, that puts us smack in our peak season. The response we got “well we can do it after the season” in November. These guys will tell you anything you want to hear, and if they do not care about a job as big as ours, then they sure as hell aren’t going to care about yours. Nothing but snake oil salesmen who’s biggest sales pitch is their commitment to customer service, but that’s just smoke and mirrors and all they care about is getting your money.

A large bay window was replaced in the front of our house in October 2018 for a cost of $7700, by Newpro. The product was more expensive than any of the others considered, but it was well worth it, The quality is superior, the window professionals, especially Artie D. did high quality work, and were able to adjust and solve unanticipated installation "glitches" with ease because of the high level of knowledge and experience they have. The crew was efficient, neat, clean, and respectful of our home. Newpro delivered on the deadlines, scheduling arrangements, and agreed to costs. They are always available to answer questions about the product, and stand by "what is said." The window has improved heat/ac costs, and greatly enhanced interior décor and exterior curb appeal of the home. In spite of being the most expensive window we priced, it proved the old trite saying: "you get what you pay for."

We have Newpro windows throughout the house and have been very happy with them. A couple of small parts broke on two of them so we made a service appointment to get them fixed. Our serviceman, Bill Palma, showed up on time and fixed them quickly, explaining why the parts broke and how to avoid the problems with other windows. An additional and unexpected benefit was his advice on how to unstick hard-to-open windows with a little bit of furniture polish. Having this information will let me do some easy preventive maintenance on my other windows. Bill's knowledge, courtesy, and affable manner made for a great service experience.

Bob did an outstanding job on the windows. He did repairs as needed, and replaced 2 glass panes. He also showed me how to properly open them and tilt them for easy cleaning. I would definitely recommend him.
